“Please give Samantha in flooring a RAISE at the Niles, MI branch!! That girl OWNS her job. She was under the weather and still got an entire cart of tile ready PLUS top rack items in UNDER an hour when 3 other branches couldn't do that for our company. She went back, counted them, physically touched them to make sure they had the stock, and had everything ready in under 20 minutes somehow! Every other branch just assumed they had them then kept canceling our orders, one branch had us wait 1 1/2 hours to load it and never even got a single box loaded up and then said they didn't have it all in stock after all. Another branch didn't communicate a dingle word, they just canceled. This girl did EVERYTHING possible and SHE IS AMAZING. Thank you, Samantha in flooring!!”
“Not bad for a big box store.
Parking is intense due to the small footprint of the lot.
Employees are hard workers and fairly knowledgeable. Outdoor garden is well stocked with live plants. Checkout wait isn't bad.
Extra busy on the weekends though.
Outside yard is well organized and easy to access. Guard gate is busy but the waiting time to come and go is reasonable. Probably the best Menards overall I've ever been to.”
“I was in desperate need to have two egress windows replaced due to rot. I called Big C and spoke with Scott Bunckleman. He immediately jumped into action by setting me up with his window subcontractor.They came out the next day and I had them installed without any issue. Contractor took a little less than 4hrs and I. Ow have two new Simonton vinyl windows. Thank you Big C and Scott for your quick response to our needs.”
“All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find what I needed quickly, but I kept having to either wait for aisles to open or dodge through aisles quickly as they were closing. If the forklift is in use in an aisle for inventorying or stocking, the aisle is closed. Had to wait a few minutes while the staff finished what they were working on before I was able to get the parts I needed, but the staff was courteous and apologetic.”
“The store was clean . The flowers and plants were organized and so easy to find ! ( better than Menards plants selection) the staff was helpful and patient. Really appreciated it.”
“Came for quickcrete. Aisle online said it was in BAY 9 which we would have thought was aisle 9, that wasn't it, so we back tracked to outside and I found the HUGE numbers and was looking for a BAY 9 and still didn't find it, ended up asking for help just to find out it was in like aisle 20 something... so the app was only helpful for what the pricing was. Otherwise, store was clean, and it wasn't busy, so it was a good shopping experience.”

“They have a limited selection, but they usually have just what I need, and I find their prices are just a little bit cheaper than rural king. Staff are always nice, and it's always quite in there when I go.”
