Absolutely a great experience. I worked with Tony. He is very personable and great to talk with. He worked very diligently to make sure my purchase was smooth sailing. He went way out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Great communicator. Very easy to work with. My truck was even better than advertised. I live 500 miles from the dealership and saw the truck online. If they work this well with a likely one time customer, they're going to be even better earning repeat business. If you live in the area and you're looking for a car - seriously, try Encore first.

Tony is customer focused, this is a rare quality in the business world in general and an even rarer quality in the used car business. I purchased an 03' Silverado, the process was smooth and as I was moving soon Tony focused his energy on making sure I was all set for my trip, including licensing to make my trip smooth.Shortly after purchase I ran into some issues, I was a bit disgruntled at running into another dishonest car dealership. But Tony reached out the same day in order to fix the issues and ensure his relationship with customers was the priority.Please don't hesitate to work with Encore Auto, they do prioritize the buyer and work with you to ensure that your used car buying experience is as close to the new car expired as possible. Buying a used car is often a minefield, shop with Tony to make sure you get the right car for you.

I drove 3 hours to come to ENCORE AUTO to buy a 2004 F250. They were super easy to work with and gave me all the pictures and info I asked for before deciding to make the trip over to make the deal. The office is clean and inviting and the owner is a strait shooter who does what is needed to make things right. I would highly reccomend Encore Auto and will for sure look to them again when I'm ready for my next truck.
