I’ve used a few different storage unit companies and this is one of the best, if not the best, experiences I’ve ever had. Staff was very receptive and accommodating. I never had to worry about security or any other issues with my unit. Highly recommend

DO NOT.....I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS HERE. My storage unit has been broken into twice in 3 months. All you receive is a "Sorry", we aren't responsible. The many security cameras are just for show. They supposedly can't get them to work. The place is a legitimate joke and waste of your trust that your property will remain safe.

Almost 5 years of having stored here from out of state. Very friendly and helpful people. My lock was cut off my unit and they replaced it with another one free of charge and notified me right away. Great people!

Economy storage is a great place to trust with your belongings. They will try and reach you with late payments via text call and email before they take the next step in their rules and regulations. They are friendly and try and work with the person. They are a locked facility and take great precautions when its necessary to keep each and everyone of our stuff safe. Highly Recommend.

My parents have a unit thru them and it has my stuff in it and they are constantly having problems with the online bill pay or over the phone availability to pay island also with getting locked out of there unit for lengths of time for being behind even one day in there monthly payments.

Have had a unit here for a few years and have not had issues until recently. No one is ever in the office to take a payment over the phone or take cash. My unit got locked because I could not connect with anyone and could not pay until it nearly got auctioned off. I am moving to another facility where I can actually make payments online or in person and have staff on hand to help when needed.
