Clarks was my go to garage while I was in town and I took my vehicle up there for some repairs and I will say that I am very pleased with the service professionalism and cost of clarks service and repairs. I would definitely recommend them they found a rock stuck inside my firewall that was causing terrible noises upon acceleration. They removed the rock and didn't charge me a thing! Also fixed some brake hardware that was causing some issues and squealing for a very reasonable price. Clarks had me up to par in no time. Thanks clarks 👍🏼👋🏼

Was referred to them by co-workers and decided to give them a try. Had some front end suspension issues so I asked them for a diagnosis and they had it fixed within 2 days. Couldn’t be happier by the wonderful mechanics along with Mike who was absolutely amazing! Professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. It’s hard to find a trustworthy shop but this business exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicles routine maintenance and beyond.

Poor experience.
I already got a new car, only want to spend the minimum to fix the suspension of my old car.
Told them it’s likely the suspension. They checked and told me it’s the tie rod end and bearing instead. I trusted them and spent $1000 for it, including alignment. They claimed it’s good to go.
Turns out it still got problems with the suspension. They said it cost $600 to fix it. So I did pay it, and they charged me alignment again, even though they miss the extremely obvious suspension problem.
After they fixed the suspension they said it’s good to go. But there is a new brake noise that I never had before. Don’t want to go back and paid them anything again.

This was my first experience using their service. I was very impressed by their professionalism and skill in repairing my vehicle. Everyone there was very friendly and kind. I’ve had trouble with other auto shops with being unhelpful and lacking communication. This was not the case at Clark’s. They were very quick to assess my vehicle and diagnose the issue. They were able to get it in right away and get it back to me within a few hours. The prices are decent and well worth the fantastic service. Will be bringing my car here from now on!

Tom and Mike were amazing! I had previously called another shop and set a repurchase inspection of an Odyssey I wanted to buy (they were closer to the dealer). That shop I had set up with left me high and dry! I called Clark’s and they told me to stop on by, gave me an INCREDIBLY detailed inspection and showed me everything at the best price possible!! The guys were super nice, detailed and busy!! I had to drive hours to see this vehicle, but I recommend you make these guys your mechanics for ALL YOUR NEEDS!!

Thank you! ... for being the only place to help me near the holiday. Best service ever! I broke down visiting during Thanksgiving week. Campbell Ford said they couldn't help me till mid-December (where I actually had bought the vehicle). Then I remembered Clark's! They were more than happy to help, so I had AAA tow it there. A new starter & battery later, and I made it back home to Tennessee safe and sound. This is the 2nd time I've used their service.
