Bought some parts for a repair job that turned out to not be needed. Called the store and was told I could get a refund for the parts as they hadn't been used and are brand new. Got down to the store to be told, I couldn't get a refund and would have to come back another day for it. I paid cash and was even asking if the company could simply add it to my debit card to which I was refused. I have never in my entire life ever been refused a refund like this (first time ever needing one from Autozone but will be the last) or been told to come in "another day" like I have all the time in the world. Definitely last time I ever come to this location. O'Reilly just got my business. Thanks for pushing me there. Will file a BBB complaint to be sure.

Justin was AWESOME!!! He helped me check my alternator and battery and was able to find me a replacement starter in stock. For being the only one staffed, he took care of me and at least 6 other customers. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had an issue with my truck battery and brought it in to Justin who checked my battery out a few weeks back.I told Justin I was experiencing the same issue I previously was having. Justin looked up my account and without hesitation warranted my battery, absolutely no hassle. What an awesome way to be treated. I went to the store to ask for assistance with changing my low beam headlight bulb on my drivers side. I never had it happen before so I knew nothing about it. Justin was AMAZING! He treated me with kindness and respect. He changed my headlight bulb and he made it look so easy. He literally made my day! All I know is he deserves a raise!! Justin I really appreciate you helping me out! Definitely recommend anyone with any car problems to come to this store!

Outstanding service! Called in for a fuel pump for my suburban, they had to order it. Came in later that day. Went in to pick up fuel pump and get some coolant and the gentleman named Aaron went above and beyond to help me put in the coolant and noticed a leak, he found the leak and it was just a loose clamp so he tightened the clamp up for me.

Bought my brake light bulb at the store and then went back. Because it wasn't working when I walked in. The manager said hi looked at me like she was gonna help me and then when I started talking. She walked away from me, and the guy that was standing there gave me a deer in the headlight. Look, so I said I'm going somewhere else. And then started helping the customer that came in after me.That was very rude. I will now be a very loyal O'reilly customer because the service I got there was outstanding.

No stars.Order a part a week ago pd for it in full, the day my part is to be in they can't find it told no tracking numbers through fed ex, I call fed ex well of course they have a tracking number. So I call the niles michigan auto zone back tell them this information. Was told I don't know whats going on. I wait a few hours call back at that point I'm told hub canceled my order. The part wasn't there. Ok so it's pd for where's my money? I was told I can't return your money because no receipt. I have a bank statement that will show you I pd for my part. Told without a repcit no refund. Oh hell no I said.Then oh ok come in in the morning, how my vehicle can't be fixed you returned my part n kept my money.I am waiting for my refund....still

I had a check engine light on. Went in and someone immediately came out to my car, hooked up the scanner, found what was wrong and I was able to pick up the part right there. Awesome service!

Needed a new headlight and had excellent customer service this morning! Jake not only double checked I was buying the right bulbs but also installed it for me. Great service, friendly, excellent staff.

I’ve never seen an auto parts store as friendly and well run as this one currently is. I believe Kayla is the name of the current manager during my visits, and the people have all been extremely friendly and cheerful and helpful.
