Bought some parts for a repair job that turned out to not be needed. Called the store and was told I could get a refund for the parts as they hadn't been used and are brand new. Got down to the store to be told, I couldn't get a refund and would have to come back another day for it. I paid cash and was even asking if the company could simply add it to my debit card to which I was refused. I have never in my entire life ever been refused a refund like this (first time ever needing one from Autozone but will be the last) or been told to come in "another day" like I have all the time in the world. Definitely last time I ever come to this location. O'Reilly just got my business. Thanks for pushing me there. Will file a BBB complaint to be sure.

Justin was AWESOME!!! He helped me check my alternator and battery and was able to find me a replacement starter in stock. For being the only one staffed, he took care of me and at least 6 other customers. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had an issue with my truck battery and brought it in to Justin who checked my battery out a few weeks back.I told Justin I was experiencing the same issue I previously was having. Justin looked up my account and without hesitation warranted my battery, absolutely no hassle. What an awesome way to be treated.
