Kudos to Steve and his crew, I brought my vehicle in a few days ago with bad struts that needed to be changed immediately, I work out of town and needed my vehicle back by Monday, Steve and his crew went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was done in a timely manner before I had to leave back, Steve had two of his crew members working on my vehicle one on the front and one on the back getting those struts done!
Thank you guys for going above and beyond!
This is part two of the kudos to Steve and his crew, so after a few weeks of getting this work done I still heard a clanking sound when I was breaking, once again I explained the situation to Joe and he told me to bring it back in and they will figure it out. To make a long story short it ended up being faulty brake pads that I just had put on three or four months ago from a Automotive shop that I won’t mention who did a lousy job, Steve took the time and luckily I had a warranty on the pads which he replaced himself and took care of the problem! I’m glad I found this place I highly recommend anyone going here, with all the shysters out there Steve and his crew seem highly motivated with their customers!

I don't live in the area but I was driving through Niles when the undercover of my 13 VW Tiguan broke off. I pulled in the the shop at Automotive Plus, 15 minutes before closing and the mechanic immediately grabbed some zip ties and crawled under my car on a 99 degree hot humid day and got me up and going in just a few minutes.This is exactly the kind of mechanic I need in my area. Automotive Plus was responsive, did great work, and there was no hesitation to help a guy out.People in the Niles area, you need to check this guy out. Quality, fast, and his cost was reasonable. They didn't charge me. I am sure you will have to pay for your service but be prepared to be satisfied.Jeffrey GrittonSouth Bend IN

This place is awesome!! This is twice now they have saved me. I am from out of state working in the area. They have both times been able to get my vehicles in and repaired at a fair price and quickly to keep me going. The dealers are weeks if not months out and are hard to deal with. Owner and staff and super friendly, helpful and gear heads. Thanks again for everything you have done. Your Minnesota friend.

Terrible customer service. Took my truck here to get the AC condenser fixed. Took it there the first time and it was “fixed”. Two days later my AC goes out again. Took my truck back and Steve said he’d call me when the parts came in. That was two months ago and haven’t heard from him. I’ve called numerous times during business hours with no answer. Would not use again or recommend anyone using. Not reliable at all.

My husband and I have been taking our cars here for over 11 years. Steve and his crew are the best and they know what they are doing. Steve goes out of his way for his customers, and is always very friendly. Last night, a Sunday, he answered when I called about something wrong with my car. He had me drop it off and they looked at it first thing this morning. Needless to say it was fixed today, on top of a couple other things that needed to be done. I’m glad they looked over my car for me to make sure it was running safe. Thanks Steve for getting my car in today so last minute! Thanks to you and, Joe for another great experience at Automotive Plus!
