“The service department at Kia was a huge help getting things sorted on my 2021 Kia Soul which was having some major engine issues. Everyone was very helpful, they kept me informed about where things were at in the process, provided a loaner, and generally made this as pain-free as possible.
As a note, I purchased my vehicle at Gurley Leep, and wish I would have purchased it Tyler.
Every time I try to get service at Gurley Leep I'm told it's going to be at least 6 weeks before they can see me, and this was even when I had a check engine light come on. Gurley Leep also doesn't honor service through the extended warranty we purchased at any other dealer within 50 miles, so it's either wait a minimum of six weeks or pay up (things they never told us when we purchased it). Thankfully my issue was one covered by the Kia warranty directly, and that's the reason I was able to get this resolved at Tyler.”

“Kudos to Steve and his crew, I brought my vehicle in a few days ago with bad struts that needed to be changed immediately, I work out of town and needed my vehicle back by Monday, Steve and his crew went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was done in a timely manner before I had to leave back, Steve had two of his crew members working on my vehicle one on the front and one on the back getting those struts done!

This is part two of the kudos to Steve and his crew, so after a few weeks of getting this work done I still heard a clanking sound when I was breaking, once again I explained the situation to Joe and he told me to bring it back in and they will figure it out. To make a long story short it ended up being faulty brake pads that I just had put on three or four months ago from a Automotive shop that I won’t mention who did a lousy job, Steve took the time and luckily I had a warranty on the pads which he replaced himself and took care of the problem! I’m glad I found this place I highly recommend anyone going here, with all the shysters out there Steve and his crew seem highly motivated with their customers!

“Tom and Mike were amazing! I had previously called another shop and set a repurchase inspection of an Odyssey I wanted to buy (they were closer to the dealer). That shop I had set up with left me high and dry! I called Clark’s and they told me to stop on by, gave me an INCREDIBLY detailed inspection and showed me everything at the best price possible!! The guys were super nice, detailed and busy!! I had to drive hours to see this vehicle, but I recommend you make these guys your mechanics for ALL YOUR NEEDS!!”

“The combination of Precision Auto and G&G Auto Services saved the day for us. We were stranded on an off ramp (I31), in extreme heat, near Niles. We were towed by Precision Auto to the G&G garage. Our repair involved a few hours, their mechanics stayed late and accomplished the repair so we would not be spending the night in Niles. Excellent service, would recommend. Side note, a nearby Ford dealership was zero help when we called, they declared they were too busy, it would be days before they could assist. We are grateful for the help we received.”

“I’ve been looking for some 2 1/2” pipe for my exhaust system. No one in the Michiana area that I have called had any pipe in stock that they would sell except Hoffman Bros! I bought 17 feet at what I considered was a fair price and they had it in stock. The longest piece you can get from the auto parts store is 28” and that was almost half the cost of the 10’ section I bought. Close to $1/inch. They were also friendly too! Hoffman Bros will get my business from now on.”
