I went in for kratom. The employee was helpful. And it seemed like a fair price. I'm trying to cut out alcohol but still need something to help me calm down at the end of the night and this stuff really works and helps my back pain . I will be back for more

the staff was nice and very knowledgeable about the cbd and other products which was SO helpful! competitive pricing and mini golf in the back! by far my favorite smoke shop in the area.

While we didn't get anything smoking related in the shop (we did find a candle that had Gordon Ramsey on it- we couldn't pass it up). My husband and I spent our date night at the mini golf at the back of the property-we had a BLAST! Such a cute hidden gem!

Whoever was working yesterday July 10th was incredibly rude and had the worst attitude. He rushed me along and I could feel the hate in his voice. He very much acted like he didn’t want me in his store. He even sounded annoyed by my questions. Not sure what his problem was. Very disappointed in how he treated me.

Store has alot of beautiful glass,but most definitely they are way overpriced staff are rude. I will go back to Smoke Time in Roseland the have a huge selection at half the cost of this place.

Spent 150$ and the lady gave me the wrong color this was a gift went back the next day they wouldn't exchange it but on the receipt it doesn't say the color they could of did the right thing and just exchange it. Plus they let everyone to try the vapes out so when you buy there products they are used just a fyi because you can't exchange anything

The young guy working in The Niles location needs some training on how to be friendly and nice, you know customer service, The selection in the store was less than impressive glass seem cheap and thin. Price’s seem high! For the quality of products.

Overly-high prices for average products. Twice I've walked in there ready to drop over 200 bucks for a nice bong, and both times the staff was so condescending and rude I left and went straight to a different store down the road.

We were told via phone PRIOR to traveling out of state that they had a large selection of kratom. Sadly, there was only a small "corner" display. It was almost twice as expensive than what we usually pay.

Customer service wasn't great this time around. I was looking for a new vaping system and I felt like the guy didn't want to help me or was very knowledgeable about vapes. He lost a sale because of it.

Well being they sell junk 510 batteries that you can't return when you open up and they never worked. They have lost my business permanently.
