I wish there was a zero star option because giving 1 star is too nice to them. They’ve been holding on to my refund for over a month now. They cashed the dealers check though but never sent it to my bank. Refused to give me any information on it. The rep was rude. They’re even giving the dealer the run around and being difficult when trying to get info. These people and this company are the worst!

Worst company ever! Do not recommend at all. Very disappointed that my loan borrower does insurance verification through them. I have spoken to Multiple representatives and all (with the exception of one) were extremely unhelpful and incompetent. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life! 0/10 would not recommend this sad idea of a company.

A joke of an insurance. They move slower than a turtle and their communication is that of a new born. Honestly the worst insurance and workers I've ever dealt with were on week 9 of a dirt bike claim and they can't even figure that out. 10/10 would never ever recommend.

The specialist was very useful in responding to every one of my inquiries through the most common way of setting up protection on our new home. He had the option to get us a decent rate and made himself accessible over a vacation end of the week as we were in a period smash to rapidly close. Because of Allied Solutions LLC.
