I wouldn’t purchase any storage units here from auction, if so make sure you bring your invoice and don’t send anyone in your place, the owner overcharged my girlfriend by 100$ (not my cleaning deposit I DID get that back because I don’t leave a dirty unit!!) and tells me that it never happened while also never handing out a receipt for a cash transaction, convenient. Claims he’s going to check the cash box and transactions to make sure, it’s been 24 hours with no response, not surprising as the location is managed by a kiosk (because everyone loves machines). Shoot maybe don’t even purchase a storage unit here as I have heard more about this place but that’s not my story to tell. A quick search on Facebook will tell you, probably why the owner doesn’t have a Facebook for the place.

You are supposed to have 24/7 access yet when you go and there is an issue with the gate you are unable to even speak with anyone. Even using the kiosk that they have gets you nowhere as the person it connects you to knows nothing and cant do anything. The office on location is also a home for the owner/manager (can't get an answer on which one) yet they will NOT come to the window or answer the phone. I went on a Sunday evening and was unable to get through the gate after trying to contact someone for an hr, the next day I was informed it was an internet issue and was told they tried to call me which was a lie as I had my phone trying to call them the entire time. Then they took the payment of $100 twice and still have not been able to speak to anyone. Very unprofessional service and rude.

Out of state call center, but work very hard to resolve issues. The owner is willing to take time out of his day to help if need be also. Tenants seem to not respect the property at times. I would recommend them to others.

They don’t have anyone working inside the building and when I need to talk to the manager he just doesn’t call me back. I was charged for the entire month of October even though I removed all of my belongings and returned the keys on the 1st of the month. Don’t bother with this place unless you wanna let them take your money

DO NOT..I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY.... EVEN IF YOU MAKE THE ATTEMPT JUST KNOW IT'S A SCAM. I HAD WENT ON THEIR SITE, HAS A RESERVATION SCHEDULED FOR A SPECIFIC DATE, HAD A VERIFICATION CODE SENT TO ME, 3 DAYS PRIOR TO MOVING AND CALLING TO PAY ON THE FIRST MONTH THIS FACILITY CLAIMED THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE UNIT I RESERVED AVAILABLE, CLAIMED I WENT THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, ETC ETC...I DID NOT GO THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, I WENT DIRECTLY ONTO THEIR WEBSITE, I ACTUALLY CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN REGARDS TO MY UNIT I RESERVED AND WAS TOLD I COULD CALL AND MAKE THE FIRST PAYMENT AND TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE OR WAIT TILL THE DAY OF... LUCKILY I'M IMPATIENT AND LIKE TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS IN ADVANCE BECAUSE AS I STATED IN THE BEGINNING... THREE DAYS BEFORE MOVE I'M TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE NO UNIT I RESERVED AVAILABLE. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE STORAGE FACILITY I ENDED UP CALLING IN A PANIC WAS AWESOME AND LUCKILY HAD AN AVAILABLE UNIT FOR ME AND ALSO INFORMED ME I WAS LIKE THE FOURTH PERSON THAT HAD TOLD THEM THIS HAPPENED TO THEM WITH THIS PARTICULAR FACILITY.

Nice place, fair priced. Only issue I had was I am storing a pop-up camper, I was giving a spot number , but none of the outdoor spots are numbered... I'm not exactly sure if I parked in the right spot without them being numbered...?

This place is has horrible customer er service. I would like to speak to a manger. Someone needs to beware of how unprofessional there employees are.

I was charged rent for a month I was supposed to get free with a Uhaul Deal, and it was such a hassle to even try to get it resolved . They charged me for my first full months rent. It is almost impossible to get a hold of the manager at this location, Erik. Unresponsive. Do NOT do a Uhaul Deal through them. I can't even get a response back from this location. Won't be doing business there again. THEY IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am appalled at how ridiculously hard it is to get a hold of them. No excuse for such poor communication. (PS THIS WAS NOT DUE TO COVID.) Their customer service line was open, and handling calls. They even were questioning why the manager was not reaching out to me. The account was set up far before the EXECUTIVE ORDER, and was not handled correctly. The owner can remove that as his excuse, as it's not a valid one.

worst experience ever. 1 star because gate opened and closed otherwise a zero. Made verbal agreement with owner for short stay in order to get proper paperwork to bring trailer over border. Moved out during agreed upon time and before end of month , stayed 10 days. Then 3 days after got charged for month of march and no call back from owner who made agreement with in thr first place.Will never use , or recommend ever to anyone. Inexcusable treatment , poor customer service.
