Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with hands down. Had my truck towed there due to it not starting. After 8 days of the runaround because they wanted me to customer pay of something that should have been warranted. So I had to play the jerk because I didn’t sign or give written consent to work on my truck. I had my truck towed to a different dealership that had it running this morning. Took them less than an hour to diagnose and fix it. Newberry Motors left my truck in pieces and ripped the wrap on the drivers handle. Pictures below. They tried to charge me $771.00. Customers BEWARE!!!!!

I highly recommend these people I bought a used gmc truck they fixed the fuel problem. Very nice people great people. Kevin and Tony I owe you both. Thanks alot.

So far as a veteran USAA has agreed to pay $10,000 for the damage to my truck I talked to Newberry Motors during the end of winter they scheduled me and said that I was scheduled for September I called and spoke with the manager he said he'd get to the bottom of it and get me in so far no call no nothing from them which makes me realize that maybe they're too booked but I doubt it I don't know all I know is they made a promise to me to fix it and now just like the rest of the people and up you got to go downstairs to get your vehicle fixed properly inefficiently and quickly or to be fixed at all

In the area camping and ended up needing to have my brakes replaced on my Chevy Silverado. They were able to work me in the next day and replaced all 4 pads and rodors.

Newberry Motors is AWESOME! My wife and I were on vacation and had just made it to our campsite and saw that the Radiator was leaking. We were over 1000 miles from home. We were going to be at our camp spot for a few days. About 30 miles from Newberry. Brian Mitchell was so helpful and helped us get a car to use while we were at our campsite. They also took us right in and helped us in our time of need and ordered and replaced the Radiator with a new one for a very very fair price. I recommend everyone to Brian M. at Newberry Motors Inc. I just wanted to thank the service department, especially Aerianna, for their patience and professionalism. My husband and I recently found ourselves in a tight pinch while on vacation in the UP and hauling our 5th wheel. Our truck had become incapable of finishing out our trip as is and we were without any tools or diagnostics equipment to fix the problem ourselves. We brought the truck in and the service department got us in immediately despite us not having an appointment. Now, both my husband and my father are mechanics, my dad an ASE master technician and my husband a heavy duty/diesel mechanic- so naturally they both had this problem “figured out” already upon taking it in, and just couldn’t do anything to fix it themselves, so between the two of them putting their heads together and trying to control the situation, I think the service department probably was ready to get us out of there as quickly as possible. Despite how difficult my husband was being with my father fueling the fire, everyone we dealt with in the service department, again, especially Aerianna, remained completely professional and did everything they could to help us get back on the road. Thank you all so much for putting up with my cranky husband and helping us get back to our vacation!!!

I called them after finding out my dealership up here where I live want to charge me twice as much to replace a fuel filter for my 2017 diesel truck and they were real good and friendly and they helped me out even when it needed diesel exhaust water they were able to put in for me for just the charge of the water

We really cannot thank these guys enough! They really went above and beyond for our husband and I on vacation, we were hundreds of miles from home. After getting a flat, they were able to get a new tire the next day. And so we didn't have to cancel our trip they let us use one of their cars for sale as a loaner. I just don't think a thank you could be enough.

We were 4ish hours south from home when our car broke down. This shop helped us in a pinch when they were very busy! We would give them 10 stars if we could.

Up for a quick vacation 8 hours from home and my truck was giving me alternator/battery issues. I got it to the dealership on a Friday at 4pm and they got me in right away and started to see what was wrong. Luckily only a bad cell in my battery. They installed a new one and even checked the alternator just to make sure I would be ok. I was back on the road in a half hour enjoying my time up there. Thanks to Ariana (I hope I spelled her name right) and the service department for being quick and thorough!
