Lazy drivers. Had 3 packages delivered one with express shipping, 2 were marked "no access" including the express shipping package that I paid $15 for even though I literally just shoveled my short driveway and porch. Just laziness. Now the express package is late and I could have saved $15.

Started off great and has great face to face customer service but within the last few months every package I have sent arrives in pieces. Just a warning on the “care” they take of packages.

I go to the box and pickup my mail. It's never wet, almost always addressed to me or somebody named resident. It's great deal.
