I cannot express enough gratitude for this business.
I really appreciate their honesty, very rare quality in this day and age.
My jeep is a 2010 but they keep her running and are more than fair with the prices.
They have worked on my jeep several times over the course of four years, I’ve had zero issues with their service? I highly recommend this Auto shop.

Took my wifes car in and brought my own parts pretty sure they kept the parts and didn't do the work now we had a mechanic look at the car sounds like it's knocking from the timing cover don't recommend going here and they are not bbb rated

I am flabbergasted at the amount of good reviews this place has. Years ago he worked on my truck. It was overheating. He put a new thermostat in it. I drive it the total of 3 mileas home and it was overheating already...I mean steam, water bubbling out and all. I call him immediately and he tells me to bring it back. I dont have a ride home so I asked him if he could pick it up or bring me home...he said no to both and was completely pissy about it. Fast forward to the last 3 days. He put a pulley and sepentine belt on my daughters van. She didnt make it 30 miles before the pulley came off. She had it towed back there and he tells her well this happens and is foung to charge her again to repair it when he clearly didnt get it bolted correctly. Meanwhile my friend takes the truck up there so he can look at the brakes...sounds like a caliper going. He calls the next day. Said he replaced the pads and rotors on both sides (without notifying him) When asked about the calipers he says they workes fine. We pick the truck up. Drive it a total of 10 miles. Get out and you can smell the hot brakes. Drive it back to him. He says must be a bad caliper. ???
Third strike he's out...now there are 3 people that will never recommend him. And such a bad attitude as well as if it's everyone elses fault he can't repair a vehicle.

Owner is super rude. Came in to pay him cash for the work done and all he did was snip at me and feed me lies about what he said he did. He told me to never bring a vehicle there again. I will not, and I urge everyone else to heed my advice. Use a business who welcomes you paying them $1,000 for services rendered. Never experienced a more crotchety owner in all my life. I'd give Matzen's a zero-star if I was able to.Services: General repairs & maintenance

People are very rude and laugh at your expense, never seen a business act so poorly with there profession, would not recommend getting advice or a check up through them. Was hostile when even trying to setup an appointment days in advance.
