“Great little grocery store. They have most items you would need and the prices aren't too much higher than other places. Some items are even cheaper.Gene's is also one of our favorite places to buy ground beef! Their meat selection is great and everything is always very fresh.The store is always clean, well stocked, and the staff is very friendly.I cannot imagine Croton not having this little local gem in the community!”

“Comparable to Meijer in choices and produce, but fantastic deli foods! Things I haven't seen in years like cranberry relish, cabbage rolls and goulash! Nice deserts too. Plus, I got there when they were cooking their chickens and I couldn't step away because smell was so good. They've got a nice bakery too. They do cakes and they have a nice baget amongst other yummy looking things. Their meat department has things no other stores have that I've seen. Nice store! Will be making this one a regular stop.?”
