Went here for winterization and shrink wrap for my pontoon boat. When I went to pick it up the price had increased by one third from the quote given when I made the appointment. I asked them to honor the quote there response was to remove the shrink wrap. This place is terrible for customer service.

“Tim” posted a beautiful pontoon on marketplace. Initially not realizing that this was a dealership I sent a low low offer. After a few days I asked why no one responded to a few of my messages and eventually I received a very rude response from Tim. I explained that I am learning, shopping while looking for newer pontoons, but felt he was so rude that it wasn’t a good fit. It was very matter of fact that he knew we were not a good fit for my very first message. Zero service or care. Respectfully, cash buyer!

This is the place to buy a boat! I have purchased 2 new Avalon's from Chris and couldn't be happier. The first boat was purchased off their showroom floor and the second was special ordered the way my family wanted after a few years of owning the first. Nothing beats buying from a business that everyone there we dealt with from the orderering, pre inspection, and going over the new boat at pickup really gave great customer service. Finishing up our first summer with our new Avalon tritoon. Absolutely love it! Get compliments all the time. Runs perfect. Well Made. Chris and his staff have been great from start to finish.Get one!Update: 2 years with our Avalon and it is awesome. We had a couple cushions that the seams were separating on. Called Chris and they replaced them under warranty at our dock. Great service!!

I shopped all over the country, literally, online, this year for a new pontoon boat. I did this before going to American Anchor which is near where I live so that I could bring in the lowest price I could to barter. Chris gave me apples for apples, best price right out of the gate with no bartering. I did show him my research on boats. This was in January I believe, boat is yet to be built and delivered this spring. Great experience and they earned a new customer. In addition to that, he helped price and market my used pontoon boat - sold in 45 minutes for more that I paid for it !Yelp is putting me in Ca., what an insult, I am from Fremont, Mi. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Just purchased our new Avalon boat and extremely happy with Chris and the entire crew. Very upfront about the good and bad. I looked very hard for several weeks and couldn't beat their price anywhere. Highly recommend giving them a chance with anything, buying or service, you won't be disappointed.
