Awesome nachos at the diner. Entire store is laid out nice and things are easy to find. Probably the best cuts of meat in Michigan. Huge selection for the size of the store.

Very nice meats bought filet mignon, bacon wrapped tenderloin and smoked pork chops. Excellent prices and meats are excellent too.Very friendly employees great place! We will be shopping there for our meats from now on.

Bought a Angus New York strip steak there tonight, at $15.99# for $12.95, it was the toughest, grisly steak I've ever bought anywhere. Hard to cut & chew. Expected better of them. Everything else in store looked nice.

VERY pleasant, friendly associates. Nice selection of products including some hard to find items.Meat counter clean, well stocked. Butcher was helpful and efficient handling all those waiting.Bacon and chicken thighs were tastey?A plus is a the ability to get a hot menu item to eat there or take home to enjoy.On a side note: it brought back happy memories for me of a store our family patronized as children and at our vaca property near EastPort Michigan Will definitely be back for more goodness?

Nice little mom and pop grocery store. I stopped in as I was waiting for the local garage to finish my car and figured we might grab a breakfast sandwich and a few coffees while we waited around. This grocery store is very small but full of great meat, produce and baked goods, plus it's stocked with everything you'd need for a trip to the local market. The liquor and beer and wine options are very impressive for a tiny grocery store. They have some very high end labels etc.. In the front is a little gift shop area (a nook) with gifts, holiday and seasonal items, clothing, jewelry, candy, decor, hand creams, glassware, crafts, kitsch, and toys. Prices on both the gifts and grocery items, particularly pasta, meat and cheeses are a little high but the store is well stocked and the quality was nice. On the other corner is a small takeout restaurant and coffee/ice cream bar. You can dine in at the small diner area located on the other side. We had some coffees, bagels with cream cheese and a breakfast burrito while we waited. My breakfast sandwich was quite good for diner food and my wife's bagels were good, too. They do sell Starbucks coffee drinks, but we ordered their regular coffee, and that was good, as it's Fireside Coffee. Customer service was merely alright- polite and ok. All in all, a great hidden gem in a tiny sleepy hamlet.

Really cool place to get a lot of variety. The butcher counter has all sorts of unique options. Great selection of beer also. I was surprised to see they have a little restaurant style area in the front to grab some food or ice cream. Staff is always friendly too

Definitely great little hometown store workers are always polite and willing and ready to help my son's favorite is wings Wednesday he's a football player so it's definitely very convenient for me to be able to call up make an order with his bang and prepay for him to come up and grab on Wednesdays thank you for making our life so much easier and being such a convenient market and restaurant.
