Best Service Hands Down. I have been to many places over the years. I went for oil/filter change and fixing a minor issue, the service was quick (1hr) and they even installed the 2x clamps I brought in personally to eliminate the rattling sound made by exhaust plate.. If you are looking for a service - Highly recommend this branch.

I have all he confidence in my Rep Rick but in todays world, to see hime you have to make an appointment through a coordinator. Also when you arrive to pickup your new vehicle that is handled by another Rep.This 2nd Rep was not aware I wanted and was to get the all weather mats and when I asked why the gear ring selector was not detentded or stopped at the Park and Drive positions but could continue to rotate it past those positions. I was told he didn't know but everyone was complaining about that.When I got home I discovered the drivers door code was not in the glove box nor could it be found anywhere. I notified Hines Park Ford via the Chat person and was told I would be contacted by a team member. That has been several days now and no one has called me.

Always a great experience here whether purchasing or getting service. Zach H. did an awesome job. He was attentive and courteous with me, and every customer I saw him interact with!

Service here is horrible. I've had my car in here twice now where I was told it would take up to two weeks and it took over six! they did not offer me a rental or anything. I now have a crack in the panel on my door that I'm sure happenEd there and they will not even fix it! My insurance doesn't even have them listed as a preferred dealership.

Adjusting my review after an issue yesterday. The service center made it right and helped me out with a new tire. I appreciate how Mike L reached out to me about my issue/experience. I can tell he wants to ensure a good customer experience and he did just that. Based on how he handled the situation I will start to bring my cars here going forward for all service needs.

Showed up early for an oil change and was 2nd in line before they opened. There are two lanes for coming into service. The brilliant employees checking the cars in took 45 minutes to get to my car. In their infinite wisdom they took about 8+ cars in the second lane first, then one in the first lane. When I asked why I was watching them service the far lane ONLY, they were dismayed and rude. No explanation except that they essentially aren't smart. No rhyme or reason for why the low gray matter employees decided to check in people that arrived a half hour after we did. Just like flies to feces they followed each other without thought. I left and drove to a dealership near my house that got me in quickly. Avoid this dealership for oil changes.

This dealership is honestly laughable, I sat in the lane for about 10-15 minutes before anyone decided to come help me. Mind you, I was the only vehicle in the lane. The employee who then decided to come check on me was very rude and of no help. Wouldn't spend a penny here

I almost don't want to rave because the place is already so popular I have to hope for service on one of their 'slow' days. That said, I really don't want to go anywhere else. They know what they're doing, they're fast, thorough and friendly. What else can you want? Oh, and they wash your vehicle before they turn it back over to you. Love it. This last visit, they even updated my Sync without being asked.

I went online to the Ford Hines Park website, although all the Ford dealers share the same content, I was looking for an oil change for my F-150. There is no information about their oil changes, pretty basic service inquiry yet they have a coupon WITH NO PRICE that says you can get your oil changed up to 6 quarts... big deal. What kind of oil? How much? Need an appointment? Those are more reasonable answers I was looking for. Typical dealership maintenance.....
