“Great in store shopping, very helpful staff. I ordered a garage storage cabinet it was supposed to be on this Saturdays truck but when I checked they told me the truck didn't come in and it may be on Tuesdays truck. It's nice that they let you pay in advance and then they aren't in any hurry to get you your order. It will be 3 weeks Wednesday.”

“Purchased a 2 gallon gas container today, filled it with 1.5 gallons of gasoline and while using it on the first attempt it leaked all around the seal onto my hand. I removed the attachment, secured it again, yet it continued to leak. I called Ace and spoke with a gentlemen who stated I could bring it back in for a refund. Once I emptied the container and cleaned it, I returned to the store where the same gentlemen attempted to teach a new employee how to do a return. In doing so he made an error, was unable to correct it, and subsequently put my refund on a gift card. I asked him to refund my credit card but he stated he could not do so and I would need to speak with a manager on Monday. This isn't the type of service I expect from Ace, especially after selling a defective product that leaked gasoline all over the place. Completely unacceptable.Update: Erin spoke with me on Monday, May 8th from this location and was able to issue a refund to my credit card for the effective item and apologized for the inconvenience.”
“Stopped in to see if I could get a rebuild kit for an old oxygen tank regulator. The lady/owner fixed it on the spot, works good as new and the price was more than fair. Great customer service.”

Without hesitation, a friendly and very helpful employee named Steve Jones stepped up to help us with lumber that has become heavier and more cumbersome for my husband to handle these days. It brightened our day to know that there are people like Steve who provide exemplary customer "service".”

Packed, and I mean packed, full of most likely what ever you need to get a job done, and If they don’t have it, they will order it for you. When you walk in, immediately the staff will ask you if they can help you find what ever you need, and they do! They are all very helpful and friendly, they truly appreciate your business. “You have an All-Star in your store. I believe his name is Josh, roughly 5'9, slender, short dark hair, mustache. Super nice guy, patient, knew where the 3 items were the 3 separate times i asked. knowledgeable guy, he answered every question with patience and ease and knew every answer. I am not sure if this dude was on his A game, but, his "A" game, is superb. if I were Josh, I would get far away from retail and go to college for a technical degree. lawyer, doctor, accounting, pilot or something.”
“I went in to get some CO2 for my kegerator as I had recently replaced two kegs but it was clear that the pressure was very low. Both of the people working in the store were helpful. One person got up to get the CO2 while the other worked with me to ring me out. Both were friendly and jovial and personable (interested in my Jeep, joking about the kegs...). The bottom line is it was a pleasurable experience and I left with exactly what I needed in less than 10 minutes.”
“I was having a hard time finding an item in other stores. I asked Elizabeth, who was working the front desk about it. She looked it up, then got the item from the isle and brought it back to the counter for me. She went way out of her way and it made me feel good. I appreciate Rural King having so many affordable items and then having representatives like Elizabeth.”
“I overheard one of my buyers saying "I need a big tool". Then she said, "That's not big enough. I need a bigger diameter." Meanwhile me and the other guys were laughing like crazy on the other side of the wall. She did order the large diameter drill we needed and she ordered it from this place. The quality of these tools is second to none. The spiral flute and the straight fluted drills work great in the materials they machine. The other thing I like about this place is the service. The salesmen that I have had calling on me are fantastic. Their technical accumen is their strong suit. Ask for Fast Eddie or Danny Dew. These guys know their stuff. Pricing is very competitive, but the reason I always come back is because of the service, service, service.”
“I went to this store to pick up my online order. When I got my product home there was a massive crack in it even though my box was not ruined in any way.
I went back to get it replaced or a refund. Manager Nick and associate Sarah were a huge help. They went out of their way to help me get my replacement and load the heavy fireplace into my truck. They made my multiple trips to and from Home Depot totally worth it. Thank you!”
