I came in to tour this facility. It is a really beautiful facility and I loved the open concept of the rooms. Unfortunately, during my tour the teacher in the classroom behind the front desk was yelling at the kids the whole time. The yelling was beyond what I would describe as normal/acceptable.

They keep changing staff. Newer younger staff have no idea how to handle little kids. Had bad exeperience when my 2 year old was lifted by wrist and had a nurse braid elbow condition. This happened twice. Even besides the complaints, nothing changed.

I’d be very wary of sending my child here. Sounds like the teacher is fed up as are the directors. I feel so bad for this mom and child who are being judged this way.
