never answers the service phone calls tells you has going to call you back but never does. Only one person in service desk, she always busy… better to go to another genesis dealer

Terrible Service... Was interested in a car that they decided to sell .. even pulled my credit and had it added to insurance... wasted my whole day ... Really recommend no to to work with these people... FYI James never answers the phone tells you hes going to call you back but never does .. Do better Genesis
