Their stocking counts are terrible. Online system says one thing, you call and it’s another, then you go in and they don’t have it stocked at all. The employees were friendly and helpful, it’s unfortunate that the company itself can’t be relied upon.

Ordered two new toilets for in-home installation. We were sent two urinals instead of two toilet bowls. Our plumber could not wait for the subsequent delivery which thankful was later in the afternoon. The plumbers returned the following day for toilet install. Both toilets were to be identical with flush handle on left side. Not the case.

Called and asked if they had what I needed. 1st Guy was real cool on the phone, Said come on in we got what your looking for. Got there, asked how the guy was doing behind the desk, no response. Just looked at me. Didn't ask what he could help me with or what i was looking for. No communication.I didn't purchase anything, but nicely I said sir you have a great rest of your day. His response (nothing)Rude and unprofessional.My opinion, If you don't like people then why work behind a service desk.

Everytime I come here they are terribly impersonal and bad attitudes, like I'm an inconvenience to them. Not even a "Hi welcome to Ferguson, how may I help you". He literally said "What do you need?"One time the salesman said they had the valve I needed and I asked the price, he said I think it's like $100-125. Which is what it should be. But when I drove 35 min there it was now $199. When I asked why it was so high compared to everywhere else he said "did you see the size of this building? We gotta pay for all this lighting?" I was disgusted. I left. I went to another locally plumbing supply and got the exact same vlavle for $99 and the people were very nice and all seemed happy. Other than if my company requires me to do so I will never go to Ferguson again, nor will I reccomend anyone to go there. I don't care how big your company is, when you have people being the face of the company at the counter giving off the perception that my business is an inconvenience or is disturbing your day, you need to focus on your customer service.

Worst delivery drivers there is. Lazy and can't carry over 20 pounds. Throw pipe off their trucks have gotten cracked pipe from them multiple times. Too lazy to do their own job!!!!

First time visitor. They seem to cater to pros but they took the time to help me find the parts I needed to solve a plumbing problem as a homeowner. A much better experience than trying to find what you need at Lowes or Home Depot. They also spent quite a bit of time with me to answer general questions I had about faucets even though I only spent about 7 bucks while I was there. I will be back.

Spoke with sales person over the phone about several products. Specifically asked if they sold this one product to a home owner since some suppliers would not and he said "we sell to everyone". After a 35 minute drive there, and 15 minute wait for the manager, I was told they would not sell the product. I Was really upset until i stopped several miles a way and purchased what I wanted that was cheaper and they quickly loaded the rest of my supplies for a new home construction project into my truck. My suggestion is go to contractor pipe or Hodges.

My problem seemed simple but what I requested on my first visit to Ferguson Plumbing Supply would involve the Three Musketeers of Plumbing, Paul P. Ken P. and the infamous Kevin M. Under no circumstances did these three outstanding employees twist my arm, expose my secret identity as the Big Fat Man at Christmas time nor beg me to give them a decent report to suck up to their Boss. When I walked into Ferguson, I knew I was in plumbing Heaven. Kevin jumped at the chance after looking at my photo to solve my plumbing dilemma. With Paul and Ken working as a harmonious team, they tried many plumbing directions to problem solve and actually come up with a perfect viable solution. They convinced me happily that my original request was difficult to solve with braided water lines and connectors. But my good faith in Kevin and the others allowed me to take a second look and agree to their ideas and by golly, it worked. The shut off valves I needed in place would truly work. With Teflon tape in tow, I bravely exited their wonderful establishment ready to address and carry out my plan for my upcoming Refridgerator, Argos, Porthos and Aramis has nothing over Kevin, Ken and Paul. Thank you my brave customer representatives for your concise, creative, "customer first" and complete service to this new member of your Groupies. I did not get the name of the Manager of the customer service desk but He was just as nice and polite. This truly is the go-to spot for plumbing! I cannot wait to return!

Not sure how you did it, but I ordered a utility pump yesterday on the Ferguson website and it arrived today. This was much faster than even Amazon could get me one, and the model that Home Depot doesn't carry. Great work!
