This is by far one of the BEST service experiences that I have ever had; eager, friendly, knowledgeable! Our situation was/is pretty nuanced! We had a job loss and the car was in really bad shape... We know that it was going to be very expensive. I told them our situation and the service representative went above and beyond. We got 2 quotes, needs attention NOW, and things to keep an eye on. They were prompt and when I met with the service representative after the evaluation, I was able to talk to the Technician, he walked me through all the issues and described the trouble shooting. I'm also a technician in the Healthcare industry and his knowledge was very impressive. Nice and Deborah really saved the day. I couldn't be happier with our experience! Deborah and Nick, thank you SO MUCH!

Absolutely the worst. Do not waste your time trying to deal with this place. They will dodge you left and right when trying to get a quote. Then the sales manager calls back huffing and puffing about how his sales team called me three times when in fact I had gotten zero calls or voicemails. He blamed his "AI" for the mistake. If you want the stereotypical dealership experience you will definitely get it here!

I would avoid this dealership at all costs, there is a culture in place that doesn't value customer experience or satisfaction in any way. there are so many better choices in the area.

The short of it is that at best this Feldman dealership and service department is incompetent, at worst they are straight up negligent and dangerous. I would not recommend that you put yourself or anyone you love in a vehicle sold by or serviced by this Feldman dealership. In late 2022 we put down a deposit on a trailblazer, specified the options we wanted and they promised to order us the vehicle. They not only failed to order the vehicle-missing the deadline to allow a specifically ordered car, but had also LOST/FORGOTTEN about our deposit. Luckily they had a vehicle on order that matched our requirements. The day it came it they specifically asked us when we were picking up the vehicle so that it would be detailed and ready. We gave them 24 hours to prepare the vehicle. We arrived, the vehicle had yet to be detailed. As we sat going through the financials we noticed that once again they had LOST/FORGOTTEN our deposit. About three quarters of the way through the buying process they finally started to detail the vehicle, causing us to wait around for an additional HOUR waiting for the vehicle. I missed a work meeting because I expected the car to be ready at 11 am, not at 2:30 pm. They did an incomplete job with the detailing leaving adhesive on the windshield. After this, my husband filled out the survey for the dealership indicating that we weren't fully happy with our experience at the dealership. The manager called me, aggressively screaming at me on the phone instead of taking constructive criticism and admitting that maybe they didn't fully meet their mark. We went back for our first oil change and the warranty work on the vehicle. We mentioned at the time the poor job detailing the vehicle and that there was still adhesive on the windshield. They did not bother to address the adhesive. When we picked up the vehicle, I was handed the key and had to walk out and search the lot for my own car. Clearly customer experience is not a priority for this Feldman location. A month later Feldman proceeded to contact me about the warranty work that had already been done on the vehicle before realizing it had already been repaired. We hit the absolute last straw last week. I hit a pot hole and lost control of my vehicle and went over a curb, extensively damaging my tire and rim. We took the vehicle in, explained what happened and mentioned we had purchased the tire warranty plan. The service person pulled up our account and stated we had not. Sure enough, we go home, search our records and find the paperwork proving we had the tire plan. My husband ran it to the service department and was told, "oh yeah, I guess it will be covered." They called a little bit later stating the only issue with the vehicle was the tire and rim and that everything else was fine, but told my husband there was a balance due and he again had to remind them of the tire plan coverage to not be charged. At pick up my husband noticed that the tire that was replaced was sitting incorrectly and knew there was more damage. He took the vehicle to another mechanic who within moments told us a strut was bent and that this car was too dangerous to drive. My husband returned to Feldman to discuss this problem with the dealership because MISSING A CRITICAL SAFETY ISSUE ON A VEHICLE IS NEGLIGENCE. The service team kept downplaying the severity of the issue, stating "people drive in vehicles like that all the time." My husband pointedly asked this service rep "Would you let your wife or kids ride in that vehicle?" and his answer was NO. So my vehicle is safe for me, a customer to drive, but not for your own family? The service rep asked my husband to give them another chance since "everyone deserves a second chance." At this point Feldman, you've had 4 shots to get your act together, admit your mistakes and you've failed. Please, please use any other dealership, this one could kill you or your family with their lack of care for their customer.

I don't even know where to begin, just stay away. Please. If you value your money and self respect then just go somewhere else. Also, don't ever bring your vehicle to the service department here, they are extremely incompetent. Run away as fast as you can.

My wife and I drove up to New Hudson from Toledo, Ohio with the absolute intent on buying a Ford !50. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warn welcome as expected. During the test drive the sales person was not knowledgeable about this truck. The truck had a pretty good pull to the right, Jennifer or Julia never offered to have the truck checked out again in their service center. So i explained I would take on the responsibility myself however, I would need a better deal on the truck. Oh and it also needed tires and I accepted that as well. I asked for their best deal on the truck. It was listed for 20k+. I had money to put down and a trade which I owed on. So with my trade plus 2k plus the 600.00 allowed for my trade left a deficit of about 1500.00 that would go on top of their best price. not including taxes and fees. What she came back with was absolutely insulting. She added 1000.00 for gap insurance which was not needed do to the trucks value, and 4000.00 for a maintenance warranty. To me, this was their best deal not mine, I politely said thank you but we will be leaving now. So she went to see her boss which I now had to deal with because she did not return my registration to my trade in. The truck I wanted went from 20k to 30k. So the boss wanted us to stick around and he would have the truck checked out again and would remove the extra 5k off the price. I simply stated I would like to leave. I never asked for the extras, I aske for their best deal. What I got was an inflated, over priced truck they wanted me to buy. Never use the sales person Julia or Jennifer at this location, She will screw you all she can to get a higher commission. Understand she gets paid off the gap insurance, and warrantee sales. I sold cars, i know all the tricks. Sincerely, Ronald Fisher. Toledo, Ohio.

Had some unfortunate car troubles back in December 2022 and ended up having my car towed to their dealership. Brendan worked with me to get a new lease figured out at a price I could afford. I went in wanting a Trailblazer, but turns out I love my Equinox. My first servicing went quick and smoothly. Only good things to say about this dealership( and Brendan!).

Worst car buying experience. Along with horrible after sale service. Never use Feldman auto group. They want to sell you everything and will go as far as, We'll it's already on the car. You have to pay for it. When you don't want the product. And don't need the product either. Plus they quoted us 650 a month. We said no. So after a long time negotiating they were able to come down to 389 a month. I looked straight at him said I'm not buying anything from you. If you started that high and was able to come down that much you were ready to rob me. Walked out.

I've used Feldman for quite a while now - in the range of 7 years. I've had consistently quality experiences with the service department- the Communication as well as the Work. Being without a vehicle is difficult, but special mention of Service Advisor Deborah Springer and Service Manager Joe Rodgers who both went above and beyond to make my life easier during some extensive service. They helped me identify that my extended warranty covered the required repair- huzzah! They also helped me get credit for a significant amount of my rental vehicle fee. Man what a win this team helped me with! Thanks you guys!
