Needed to replace catalytic converter that thieves stole, they worked with me and my insurance for a good experience. Eric in sales was excellent at setting it up and service guys are great too.

Called to see if they could take off a tire and replace the valve stem on a winnebago at the recommendation of a Ford associate down the street since they no longer have a lift rated for it, left a vm and never got a call back.

They deserve 100 stars for helping me out yesterday. Eric, John and Mike. They had the laptop hooked up as soon as the tow company set my RV down. John had the problem solved in record time but still checked out everything to have me on the road in less than 2 hours. And thank you to Eric for staying late to get things written up and making sure I got taken care of. He even called the next morning to check that my trip was going smoothly. Can’t thank them enough for the quick and efficient help.

Our older generator was dead and another shop said it couldn't be fixed because the parts were no longer being made. The Cummins tech knew exactly where to find the parts I needed and got my genset up and running in one day. I'm happy, the wife's happy. Thanks guys!

I put my Onan generator in to get checked and Eric and his tech sorry I don’t have the tech name got in it to diagnose the problem and they did it quicker than I expected and although Eric had a slow down due to not being able to get the parts rite away he kept me updated and I did bug him more Than I should have he was always willing to talk to me so as of now the parts are In and my generator will be done as soon as they can thank you to Eric for being a professional also the lady who answers the service calls again don’t have her name everybody is and has ben great people to deal with thank you

Cummins always has great customer service and they work with you even when you call and say I need service completed in a day and they are booked out 2 weeks great place

Brought my truck in for the TRP campaign on the SCR system. They were more than happy to fix my problem. Truck ran fine for a week then wouldn't stop re-gening. They insisted this had nothing to do with the repairs they made to the SCR system just one week prior and wanted $4,700 to fix my truck. They also charged me $340 to tell me this. What a joke.
