Bought a Dewalt pin nailer for $200. Tried to use it a few weeks later and it didn’t work. Owner refused to exchange or refund. Just beware before you buy or test the tools before you leave the store - they won’t work with you if items don’t work. The item wasn’t opened until the day I brought it back you - it was in the exact condition the day I bought it from your store (also missing a battery). Not only did you sell me an incomplete, defective item, kept my $200, currently have the defective item, but accusing a customer of fraud.

Went there today I wanted to sell some coins. When I pulled into the parking lot the Open sign wasn't on, so didn't know if it was open. So it was open but I walked in, walked around no one to help me, apparently they didn't want to be open today so I walked out.

My fiancé was looking for tools, and they had an amazing selection of brand new Milwaukee and Dewalt tools. Everything was lower than Home Depot. It was hard to leave without spending $1 million!

Norm really took care of me. I brought in some of my old tools that I had and traded for some new stuff. They had some really great prices on brand new battery operated drills. Cheaper than what I could get at Home Depot.
