“Just purchased a 2016 Nissan rogue from here, for 2016 vehicle it is in great shape, clearly not a Michigan car from the lack of rust, during my initial test drive found that the rear passenger tire had large screw in it, the brake pedal was low, the side view mirrors didn't work and the battery had install sticker from 2018, brought issues up with John and he said they will look at all issues, they repaired tire, said brake caliper pistons were gummed up and they loosened them up, said battery tested at 75% and fixed mirrors after working on them 3 days. Test drove car again then purchased vehicle cash. Picked car up Saturday around 2:30p and that evening around 7:30p check engine light came on. Will call John Monday to see it they will take vehicle to address issue. Will update with progress of situation.
Update 8-28-24, took vehicle back Monday evening for John to check out engine light, Tuesday afternoon John called my back stating O2 sensor had broken wire and they replaced sensor and test drove, all checked out fine, picked car up Tuesday before close, drove car to work Wednesday and did some shopping after work, no more check engine light and drives great. I really appreciate how they stand behind what they say on the quality of the vehicles they sell”

DISCLAIMER: Read through your deal breakdown line for line Before you settle on a price. Especially if you are talking over the phone. There were dealer installed items added in the price that were not mentioned to me at all. I assumed I was getting what was on the window sticker. Not window sticker plus these extras. Had I known that I would have had them not included and my price would have been $10 less a month. Really soured the experience bit.”

“Disaster struck and i lost my home and my vehicle, shopping for a car is always stressful and things happen but the caliber of people you surround yourself with can make or break an outcome. I talked to many different toyota dealers and different sales people at this particular dealership. First impression honestly, is NOT impressive, but about comparative to most dealers these days in the area.(like not greeting new customers, not knowing who works there and who doesn't), after not having the best first impressions with passing workers and the first "new guy" who was just not experienced enough to know the car he was selling.. , i walked out and had sadly resigned that this dealership was not the kind of place to do business. I left, went home, talked to my wife, and then decided to call a manager by phone and explain my situation and ask if this is the way dealers do business in 2025, and although there have been a lot of changes, he said if i gave them another chance, maybe i could change my mind.. long story short from here.. i bought a car i wasnt intending to buy and im lining up ANOTHER one soon. John is the kind of professional who makes you feel heard, understood, and although we know he is a SALES person.. he kept the professional open mindedness you don't see anymore. I think that is super amazing. Not to mention he took the time to explain to me the changes that have taken place and boy.. things are different ? shoutout to John and I'll be using this dealership for buying and selling..for as long as I live here. Highly recommended.”

“Typical, what i would expect from any small lot. All the crying from the other ppl is ridiculous, what do you expect from a 2k car with 200,000 miles. Hundres of dollars in tune ups and fluids, plus thousands in suspension or transmission repairs, lol. Do the math, car cost÷2,000$, repairs=2,300$ , there not in business to lose money, if you want a premium car, finance a 25k certified vehicle, or roll the dice on a 2k car. Now, the one I looked at, had a trans that was not shifting, they assured me it was shifting, I passed and and bought another 2k beat up beater somewhere else though.”
