I went there to bring my phone over to metro. I had my account number and transfer pin. The account was already closed , so I was told I couldn't do it the account had to be still active. I said that's unacceptable as I'm not going through and changing my number with all my contacts. I went to a different metro pcs store and Bam I bring my phone and number over to metro. So I'm glad I didn't listen to her. She wasn't mean or rude about it, however she's been misinformed and if i had listened I would've l9st my phone number! That's why 4 stars and not 5

This is a bad store.... terrible service...never open on time....called today guy answers rudely... doesn't say it's metro PCs....acted like it was a chore to talk....

We were having trouble with my kids phone not working...after calling metro several times for help I finally went into a metro store for help with my sons phone. She was very kind, helpful and patient. This is my new metro store!!

They have a really rude lady working at this location . I'll drive out of my way an extra 10 to 15 miles to a different location rather than deal with her again . Smh , how do people like her even get hired ? Maybe this review does everyone the favor of not having to deal with bad employee service . What i don't get is If she didnt want the job or doesn't like the job why did she apply there or keep working there ?

Can't leave any more reviews to the locations around me cuz I've done them all so I'm coming here. I am sick of my phone service just never working right. Cutting out whenever messing with my stuff. It's ridiculous.

The Metro PCS in New Haven is amazing! Lorraine & Sabrina fix my phone ? every single time, they are always so helpful & knowledgeable!! Lorraine is the best Manager!! Love them both!!!

Solid service. Lady was extremely professional, competent, and honest. Best location I've been to in over a year of moving around. I drove over 2 hours to get there and it was totally worth it. Got precisely what I was looking for with no added B.S.Lorraine needs a raise in pay, for actually getting the customer what they requested without a bunch of runaround.???

The lady scammed me when I bought the home Internet and I brought it to her attention the last three bills that it does not, and has not, and will not work properly, and sometimes at all for days, and she made different excuses at all visits to manipulate me, so that I wouldn’t expose this place and or the company for what it is at this location. Well, I’m fed up here it is another day another how many of dollars I have lost because I work from home and my Internet will not work but you guys got your money. But yet I cannot get mine, nor will I if my Internet will not work I am thinking about suing them per my labor per hour per the amount of days that I have not had service I will be talking this over with my attorneys Gus and his group will be stopped
