I have lived here For six years, the place has gone completely downhill they up charge rent and won’t fix anything. I would not recommend to my worst enemy to move in here. Please do your research For what they charge you can own a home!!!!

The buying experience with Meadow Creek has been great. Me and my wife looked online prior for a while and decided spur of the moment to see if we could get a tour of a property and Lauren was really accommodating. We were able to get the tour and she even gave some helpful decorating tips. We’re still in the process of buying but so far its been great. Would recommend. Will update when we close.

I just purchased a home in Meadow Creek. Tracy was awesome and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect home. Lauren was great making sure I understood the process and buying was incredibly smooth.

It was very confusing moving out of our apartment and being first time home buyers. However, Lauren was very helpful when she was explained and assisted us through the entire process. She was always quick to respond and kind to answer any of our questions. Definitely recommend, very friendly neighborhood.

Lauren was amazing! Super helpful and super fast! Very friendly and dependable! Communication was top notch! Even with an issue we had at 8pm on a Friday night! Her and Jill were both right on it. That's hard to find these days and We appreciate that so much! We couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle buying our home!! Mandy and Jill have also been great! They really seem to care about the community and its residents!
