Says open on Sundays. Got there, couldn't find an office or even get anyone to answer the phone. They owe me $5 for gas coming out there for no reason as far as I'm concerned.
Maybe shut down and let someone run the storage facility who has time to attend to paying customers.

If you want all of your belongings to get water damage, this is the right place for you!
When I originally started renting a 10x10 unit they assured me that it would be dry. I was not concerned that the unit would get broken into, and as they had promised it would be dry, I did not bother getting insurance.
Moved out this past weekend. I had to throw out a barely used (less than 2 year old) pillow-top mattress because it was basically a giant moldy ice cube. All of our boxes had water damage. Everything had to be washed thoroughly or thrown out due to mold.
I called management that day and they said they would never have promised it would be dry and that they can't do anything about it.
If you have to rent a space here, please get insurance.
