If there were more than 5 stars I would send them to express my gratitude to Austin and Isaac for their assistance when I thought my car was falling apart after dark, in an unfamiliar location. The help started with the most sympathetic and helpful person who answered the phone and who reached out to the drivers who were closest to me. They arrived promptly and immediately evaluated the situation - not only with the car, but with me. I am an 87 year old woman who happens (temporarily) to need to use a cane to navigate. They recognized that it would be virtually impossible for me to get into the huge truck, so the 2nd driver who was providing security coverage for the first (it was an open road situation) put me into his truck and the two of them not only got me to my house but made sure I was in safely. The following day another truck was sent to my home to take the car to the dealership. Again, the woman who handled the phone call could not have been more pleasant. The driver took a few extra minutes to check underneath and do a tentative evaluation of it's condition. He was prompt and pleasant. My thanks to each of these people

What the Ballor's employee tells you on the side of the road is not necessarily what that same employee will tell you later on once they have your vehicle. Beware of feeling scammed or lied to.

Super Service the driver was very nice inmate Theory you're okay and I felt very comfortable with them Towing the vehicle. Very professional I recommend them for everybody you won't be sorry very good people

They were very helpful but noted they are not 24hr all services, they do towing for 24 hours just the tow is 24 but call ahead for any service

Hi now I know I left a review already but I have to do it again best experience of life they give great and amazing customer service Brittany the tow clerk was awesome and she went above and beyond for me she got in and out with out breaking my bank and made sure got home safely I highly recommend you use Joe towing oh and the everyone else was good to me too ???????

Unfortunately, they only give you the option of selecting 1 out of 5 stars because I wouldn't have even selected 1. Not only did they overcharge for the tow but the customer service, really lack there of it, came back with a lame excuse to justify the additional charges. DO NOT USE!!!

These guys overcharge for no reason
I live 1.1 miles away from their location i had to tow my car from from 27 mile / rosell to 26 mile /rosell That’s 1 mile away i got charged 280$
It took them no more than 10 minutes to drive to me and to tow the car to the location
The driver acting like he’s caring The car in his shoulder, not in their truck

I noticed this company does not hire anyone but Caucasians I’m very qualified and been towing all of my life, With reputable experience, But that doesn’t matter because I’m not the right color for their company, which is OK because there are a lot of other companies that hire anybody that qualify, but I would never use them because of this reason.

They charged me over $180 to tow 7.7 miles. Even after lying, and claiming the distance was 13 miles they'd still over-charged me by $30. I walked them through the math, so they put me on hold while they thought of a better lie. They eventually came back on to claim there was an additional fifty dollar fee because he couldn't just drive the car up the back of the truck. Nevermind their math was contradicting their original lie by now being even more than they actually charged me, this is a hidden charge. Dishonest, and stupid is a poor combo. I'll call literally anyone else next time.

Got stuck on the road because of a mechanical issue with my car:
called Joe Ballor and they got a truck out to me in under 30 min. They were able to tow my car to the shop, no problem. Great service and great response time! Highly recommend for anyone who gets stuck on the road.

If you ever need a tow, this absolutely is the place to call. My 77 year old and I had a tire issue and they were there within minutes and were polite throughout the entire process. I spoke with Taylor who was wonderful at the location and Josh came out and did the actual work on the tire. Again, they are an amazing company and I highly, highly recommend calling them when you're in any type of situation that requires a tow service and or assistance on the side of the road. Definitely earned their five star rating. This is an edit of my review. I had my car towed (my fault), I needed to update my tags. Tiffany was extremely helpful and very kind. I truly, truly recommend this towing/service company. Keep their number in your phone if you live in Macomb, Lapeer or Wayne County. They are the best, hands down.
