We live in Buffalo, New York and were unable to put together a deal with our local dealer. We started looking over the phone and internet for dealers in the vicinity. We struck gold when we came upon Audie Moses. I cannot emphasize how hard she worked to put the deal together and deal with all of the problems of an out of state transaction. She put together an outstanding lease deal for a 2024 Tonale, arranged to deal with all of the tax and registration issues from out of state and dealt with transporting the car from Detroit to Buffalo. Everything was seamless and easy on our end. I would give Audie Moses my highest recommendation. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her.”
“Recently discovered/found Herb's while meeting a buddy at Rubber Duck Bar (attrative bar tenders, pricy beer). Had a dent in my 2021 KIA lease that needed to fixed. Showed Herb the two estimates that i received and he agreed to work off the lower of the two with the exception of no aftermarket bumper cover available. Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday and picked up on Friday of the same week. Due to the expense of a rental vehicle (did not turn repaid into insurance) Herb pulled a miracle in getting parts, repaired, and painted. KIA looks in showroom condition. Don't think you need to go to a dealer or a collision shop chain to get quality body work done!!! Highly recommend!!”

“I do a lot of my own auto repairs. I wonder something I don't want to do, or don't have a right tool to do I take it to Al's. They do great work. They charge repair rate, and never try to upsell you on anything or suggest repairs you don't need.”
“I've purchased an ATV here and have brought many in for service over the years and have never had an issue. I've also showed up with a mower deck that I was having issues with and they fixed it in the parking lot in 5 minutes and sent me on my way.
Couldn't recommend this place more.”

Walked me through step by step what to do, how to handle with my insurance, when I could schedule the work…Shawn stayed 100% true to his word had me in and out in a week. Great work, truck came back cleaner all around when then when I dropped it off. G-Shop kept me in the loop with emails and phone calls every step of the way. Most importantly, my truck came out perfect. No offense guys, but given the circumstances on “how” we met, I’d rather not see you again soon.. :). Thank you again Shawn and G-shop. “I called AAA to get a tow on Friday. After waiting 8 hours, I had to call and cancel because they never showed up and couldn’t provide any time.
The next day I attempted to make an appointment for a tow for Sunday. After spending another day sitting around and no tow truck, I called AAA to get an update. After a hold, I was told I was still on another tow company’s list, but no timeframe. I asked to speak to a manager. After another hold, I was informed the tow company had denied my tow request, yet I was just told I was still on their list from the first AAA agent. I explained my situation and was placed on hold. A few minutes later, the manager informed me she had found a towing company called Jeremy’s Towing who could be to me within the hour. Sure enough, less than an hour later, Aaron showed up. He was very courteous and prompt. Loaded up my truck and off it went in just over an hour total from first call to finish. I really appreciate their promptness and communication.”

“Amazing! Went for initial estimate and they were real upfront and honest and seemed to be about saving us money. Got a couple other estimates other places but this was the lowest estimate so went with them, payed for parts and waited until they were all in to get work done. Dropped off on Wednesday late morning, picked up Saturday morning but was done Friday afternoon. Price never went up either! The amount quoted was the amount we payed, plus took 200 off for paying in cash!! Car looks amazing! Did a great job! Def would recommend!Service: Body & Trim”

Ordered a 6.4 power stroke engine kit and they cut and coated the pistons in less than a week, then I broke the dreaded oil ring, and needed a replacement fast. They sent one over night, to get me back up and running. Quality parts and Quality service! Highly recommend them for your next engine rebuild.”
