“I stopped into Will’s because my vehicle had a sudden drop in acceleration followed by severe engine knocking while driving to Michigan. I had called all manner of repair shops nearby and all told me they were too busy to check my car. Will’s was extremely busy too, but the guys took time to inspect my vehicle, provide a diagnosis and estimate with timetable. It turned out my engine was shot and they suggested reaching out to my dealer at home since the engine would likely be covered under warranty.
I appreciated that the mechanics here were up front and honest about costs and that they gave me a recommendation even though it would cost them business.

“You never want to start a vacation with car trouble. I arrived in Michigan City this morning. It was clear something was terribly wrong with the rear suspension. I looked for local auto repair shops on Google and took a chance. I hit the jackpot! Brian was amazing. He brought my car in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the part.
