Lots of young staff but very friendly always asking if you need help with anything nice clean parking lot nice safe area to shop. Everything is usually pretty organized there's not much stuff out of place like the big box stores.”

“We went on a tour with the owner, Gary Wine. Many of the employees showed us how they manufacture tools & use the hi-low. We saw them engrave a name onto a tool of theirs and how they personalize the colors for their customers. They are doing really cool things.”

“I called two places about sharpening my miter saw blade. The one did not have great reviews. Saw & Specialty had a good review and I had a good conversation with them. The service exceeded my expectations. Pleasant courteous service from people who seem to like to work there. A reasonable price and a great result. I dropped it off and picked it up a week later. My blade is like new and cuts thru wood like a warn knife thru butter. Thank you very much.”

“What used to be Flat Rock DYI has now become Krzyske and some notable changes have taken place. The new store is heavily invested in fasteners. They carry more bolts screws and hardware than before. They don’t carry much in the way of paints now. Don’t ask me to use latex paint. Old school oil based paint for me. I would say the electrical and plumbing departments arethe same. Still. I use this store. It’s local. It’s got what I need. Zip. I’m in I’m out and on my way. Someone always comes to help me find stuff and stays with me to see me checked out.”

“I was rebuilding a firearm I’ll tell you what I probably was there 14 days in a row getting different stainless hardware and screws and I asked more questions and they knew I think I should get a job there ha ha if I could walk and probably would they’re kind and courteous and they do the best they can. I don’t know every screw and seed there is but they do a pretty damn good job my love Hardware my Ace Hardware anyway. Back again at One of my Favorite Places as This Ace Hardware Store has it all except Knife Sharpening. Their Vast Array of Hardware in 100's of Drawers is Like Wonka's Neverending Gobstopper of Nuts, Bolt's & Goodies???”

Mundo (24 year old veteran) was exceptional at answering our questions and also assisted us with check-out and loading the fencing into our car. It's workers like this that need to be promoted and praised for their willingness to help customers and go out of their way to make sure assistance is given.”
