Pretty nervous to try a new repair shop, but the folks at Van's were terrific! They got my car in quickly and fixed it at a really reasonable price. Duane was super in telling me what needed to be fixed, charging a reasonable price, and even pointing out other concerns that I could wait on (tires). He really gave my car a good going over. What a great surprise to find an auto repair that didn't try to take advantage, and did the work as promised. I'll definitely be back.

Great friendly fast reasonably priced service! Pulled in with a tire that had a nail in it, they took it right back, pulled it right in, plugged the tire and had me on my way in less then 20 minutes! Plan to bring my Motorhome in and have them begin doing the standard maintenance on it because I appreciated fair prices and great service! Keep up the great work and you will be around for many years to come!!

Had the most incredible experience with Duane from Van's Auto today. My 2005 POS got a flat not too far from the shop. One of the pesky lugnuts didnt want to come off and I ended up stripping it pretty bad. I did happen to have a 17mm socket and a hammer in my trunk, but no breaker bar. Went into Van's and Duane graciously allowed me to borrow his. Unfortunately, my 17mm and his breaker bar wasnt doing the job either. When I returned his breaker bar he offered to come take a look, even though the shop was insanely busy. He brought his special little tool and had that booger off in no time!! When I asked what I owed him, he said "it's my good deed of the day!". His act of kindness is the best thing that's happened to this struggling momma in a long time! Thank you so much Duane!! I promise to pay it forward as soon I get the chance!!
