Incompetent post office. I took my son to get his passport in March, which is not cheap. They lost his birth certificate, my payment and all the paperwork with his personal information. I'm so sick by this!

Been trying all day different hours of the day to call my local New Baltimore post office regarding an issue am having but they haven't answered the phone to help assit me with my concerns I've been dealing with my mail. ITried all day with the local number with my local office that was provided on website for New Baltimore. No sucess with my local POST OFFICE. It Would be appropriated if they would just answer the phone.

I just went in this morning to possibly track down a package that was going to be going to the wrong address (my previous address). I forwarded my email and everything last summer when I moved, but I had tried to track a package last summer that I accidentally sent to my old address right after I moved and when I did, it got stolen by the people that now live there. I could not have that happen to this package. I’m so thankful for the employee VICKY who helped me with this issue. To the supervisor there, I know she maybe didn’t need to do that for me, and maybe you didn’t want her to, but she saved me so much stress, a headache & financial loss! Thank you again Vicky!

I don't understand how people have such a difficult time with the post office, I've maybe had one negative experience in 10 years and it wasn't even the New Baltimore offices fault. They do a good job, been great for me!

They don't answer the phone and voice mail was turned off. Had a lost Christmas package that was stuck at a distribution center and needed help. I would give a 0 star if I could.

Most incompetent post office on earth!! This place is a joke! Can't even contact this place for one thing! And we have been waiting for a phone call about our new mail keys for 2 whole WEEKS! And nothing! WE NEED OUR MAIL!!!

This place is a joke .Instead of forwarding to my new address they sent it back to sender Really. So i had to reorder everything. Trump was right needs to be privately owned . I would of give 0 stars but it won't allow 0

This was my first time shipping packages out of the country so I wasn't sure of the process. One box was too big and had to be repackaged. The clerk was pretty cool. He explained everything I had to do. I was able to ship one package. He gave me extra forms to fill out when I brought the second box back so it would already be completed. It's actually a smaller post office so it fills up quick. I went back to back for two days. I didn't have to wait long but line does get long quick. Maybe because it was the first of the year? Both times I was there, there were 3 clerks working. I did notice that it takes more time for customers applying for passports. Honestly I had to ship some packages for work through UPS. I went to UPS Store on Gratiot and 21 mile. It was worse. The line was out the door.
