I came across their website in June 2025 and found a 2017 Ram 1500 crew cab which would suit our needs and was able to get pre-approved before making a trip from the Upper Peninsula. My decision to not buy a vehicle in my area was based on the higher prices of comparable and rustier vehicle. They held the truck once I confirmed I was on my way. Once I was there, the staff was friendly and very patient with me fully inspecting the truck (primary for rust, which it had none) and a couple other vehicles that would have suited my needs.
