I normally go to Uncle Ed's for my oil changes and always have good service and everything's okay. And I was having new tires put on at Walmart so I had an oil change done over at Walmart which wasn't major mistake they screwed everything up I was almost seized up my engine cuz there was no oil in it. Uncle Ed's checked it over for me didn't find a leak or anything made sure they filled it with oil and did everything right and change the oil filter right and sealed everything properly. He said it looked like Walmart didn't put oil in it because there was no signs of anything leaking. So from now on I only go to Uncle Ed's I've always had good luck there and I'm going to continue to just go there my lesson has been learned.

They had the nerve to wipe off the dipstick and claim there was no oil at all. I had checked it a few days earlier and it was overfilled. The plastic coverings underneath were not attached correctly and I had to zip tie them after they dragged all the way to South Carolina.
They filled up 3 of the 4 tires. The price was also $20 higher than other places.

The first two times I went here I had no issues, this past time I went (about a week ago) was not good. While I was at the shop they told me my driver side headlight was out, it was, they then said they would replace the bulb, they did not. The kid said that he didn’t know how to replace the bulb on my car, he said he only knew how to do it on basic cars and didn’t want to blow out my light. I drive a 2019 equinox lol, that IS a basic car. That was mildly annoying, but when I went to replace the bulb myself, I found the cap that goes on the oil tank loose in my car. They did not screw it back on. Needless to say that I was pissed and I’m gonna do my car a favor and not return to this shop.

Took my 1993 corvette in for an oil change. The car requires 4.5 quarts (LT1) and I received 8.5. I started to notice issues shortly after. When I returned I explained the car was filled with almost twice as much oil than it requires. They removed the oil but will not refund for the oil I should not have received. I was told they cannot issue a refund at the store. Been there 3 times, calls, emails, texts with the manager. Lots of apologies without results. This is 24 days later.
This is a breakdown in a company's process that could have compromised the vehicle and a failure to resolve an overcharge for a service qty that should not have been received.

Quick is about it, called to verify price but was told i needed an extra quart of oil at $11 for a total of $102 for a simple oil change. I had a $25 coupon to boot but still over $100. Coupon indicated multi point inspection and clean windshield, tech told me people get upset when they do that so they don’t do it. Credit card reader wasn’t working and receipt machine was out of paper so no receipt and wasn’t able to monitor my card actually wasn’t compromised. Place is a joke.
