If you are looking for an honest and affordable place to take your car….YOU FOUND IT!!! I called and spoke to Matt about needing front and rear pads/rotors for my Kia Sportage. I decided to have my car towed in because the grinding got so bad. Matt called me as soon as he got it in and said it was good I had it towed because I just saved myself from needing calipers. He stayed in contact with me and had it done the same day!! So grateful to have found a reputable place to take my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 5++ ⭐️

I brought my jeep patriot in that had multiple issues going on. The first time I picked it up it was still having the same issues so I had to bring it back it in. Something else came up diagnostically that didn't show up the first time. No one's fault for this! My experience was accomadting, easily resolved, quick, and at a much lower cost than my first quote at a different facility. Thank you!

Matt and his team saved me time and money! Great service and no nonsense. They had my car back to me the same day they started the job. That would not have happened at other shops I've used in the area. I believe I've found my new go to place for automotive repairs and maintenance. I will definitely be back next time I need work.

I, along with friends, have been taking our vehicles to Preston Automotive for years. Matt is always so pleasant and helpful. He has fixed my car multiple times over the years (I drive an older vehicle). He is one of the few I would trust to fix it correctly and be honest about repairs and pricing.

What a breath of fresh air! GREAT work and a reasonable price.I took my 1999 Chevy Tahoe in because I wanted to see if it was worth 'saving'. I wanted a safety inspection done on the frame and suspension. Went in and talked to him about it and asked how much. He said "I don't charge to put it on the lift for a walk around". WOW...He called me a couple hours later and said "Not sure what you were expecting to hear, but this thing is solid, the frame on that thing is like a tank". He found ONE issue (Swaybar Link), and gave me a quote to replace them both...ANYWHERE else, that quote would have been 3 to 4 times as much (especially at a dealership).VERY happy with them, and they got themselves a new customer. I have some work for them! :)
