They have always been friendly and very helpful. Listen they don't have an easy job as some may often think. So if someone is off just a little, shower them with kindness because they get a lot of grief for stuff that is beyond their control.”

“Today's visit to the Mt Clemens Post Office was so unexpected. With all the terrible reviews posted, I expected to have a non-pleasant experience. This couldn't be farther from the truth, at least for today, Friday at 10:05 am. With very little parking available at this office, I was able to get the closest spot near the front entrance. All mailing supplies were stocked. The staff was abundant (4-5 clerks) and less than 5 customers for the 15 mins I was there. Staff was very friendly, maybe because I took the liberty of filling out my certified mail with return receipt, myself. All greeted me as I walked up. I was very happy with the service I received, today.”

“I just went in this morning to possibly track down a package that was going to be going to the wrong address (my previous address). I forwarded my email and everything last summer when I moved, but I had tried to track a package last summer that I accidentally sent to my old address right after I moved and when I did, it got stolen by the people that now live there. I could not have that happen to this package. I’m so thankful for the employee VICKY who helped me with this issue. To the supervisor there, I know she maybe didn’t need to do that for me, and maybe you didn’t want her to, but she saved me so much stress, a headache & financial loss! Thank you again Vicky!”
