This place is awesome great prices, I had a engagement ring made it was ready in like 4 days! And then I had it made a half size too small they fixed it for free in one day! On top of it we both work nights they stayed and waited for me so I could pick it up.

Amazing jeweler! They helped me design my great great grandmothers ring to be my own and it turned out beautifully! They even worked with me to get the ring done sooner than expected so that way I could take engagement pictures. I can’t thank them enough!

I came in with my box of jewelry needing an appraisal. I heard from people I trusted that Marquis Jewelers would be great with the appraisal. They had an extremely fair price. They were very professional and displayed impressive knowledge. Additionally, I felt comfortable to leave my pieces with Matthew for a few days so he could work on the appraisal. I would never hesitate to bring my jewelry here and I look forward to making future purchases here. You can tell they care about their customers and their reputation.

I have been going here for 15 years. And if I would have wrote this a year ago it would have been a amazing review. However I will never come back here again! I drove 45 minutes out of my way just to come here when my diamond fell out of my ring. I trusted them. He put the diamond in and said I had loose prongs on ring. So he "fixed" it. He said he checked the rest and they were good. I paid a ton of money and trusted them that all was good!Recently my engagement ring broke off of my wedding band. They were soddered together 15 years ago from here. When I went to a different jewelry place close to me to get it priced to fix it, I was told that all the prones were either barely on or not at all. The same ones that "Marquis" said were good 6 months ago. The new jewelery couldn't believe it. She even showed me so I could see. Not only that but my wedding band was terrible too! I literally started crying. I had paid so much to get it "fixed" just to get lied to. This new place is doing a lot of work for free because they feel bad for me. The entire ring needs to be redone. So sad that I have to write this bad review but others need to know. Make sure what your paying for is actually being done.Also, when they put a diamond back into my husband's ring, they checked the other prongs and said they were good. 2 months blater he lost another diamond. I was told on phone there would be no charge. Get there and had to pay for it.

This is the only jewelers I will Use. Not only did they custom create my wedding band but they were able to fix my ring when it had to be cut off, and they made it look brand new. Customer service is top notch!

I stoped in to have a battery replaced in my watch. Because of the watch’s design .. I was recommended by the internet to have a professional replace it. Right before I walked through the doors here .. I’m thinking to myself .. this is most likely going to be a hassle. 8 minutes later .. I walk out or this store with a smile on my face .. a ticking watch and an amazingly small amount of money paid. Thanks for the GREAT service .. I will be back when I need some new bling !

I was I'm shambles after the stone fell out of my ring and never did i think id find someone to help make my ring beautiful again. The gentleman that helped fix my ring did an extraordinary job and I couldn't be happier with it. Not only did he make it affordable for me, but he knew exactly what he was doing and it is even more beautiful than it was before! My fiancé and I stopped in one weekend to look at rings because many people we trust recommended them. We had never seen the ring I really had my heart set on in a store. Diane greeted us and within 20 minutes had all my details and helped us design my dream engagement ring. She was absolutely fabulous, I was completely wowed by the ease and wonderful service. They had it ready so quickly. Once I got the ring, I really wanted something changed. We went to visit Matt and he changed it without hesitation, I even got some new nurse jokes along with it. Matt provided fantastic service and reassured me it was no problem. We got the ring back today and it is everything I could have ever wanted. This place treats you like family and custom made exactly what I wanted. We would highly recommend you shop here for all your jewelry needs, you will be impressed too!

Great experience with this company. My wife had the diamond on her 25 year old wedding ring fall off .... Anthony reset the diamond perfectly using a new "cradle" which it now sets higher on. My wife has commented several times how the ring looks so much better than before. Prices were reasonable, and store front staff very friendly people who made follow up communications as they said they would. Definitely a company who earns the 5-star rating

My husband's and I took our wedding rings in to have them resized. They did a fantastic job on our rings. The staff is very considerate and pleasant to work with. The store is small but well stocked and very clean. I will definitely be back and send friends.
