These 5 stars are for my former cashiers, baggers, ACSMs and some managers.
As of 9am yesterday I am no longer an employee of this store, but I want to voice my opinion. Many customers complain about long waits in line, never any cashiers etc. I want to make it clear what you are unaware of. I was a cashier, worked a primary job & this my 2nd job. Did I love coming to work, my coworkers, my customers yes. Enjoyed many of my customers, created relationships and when seen outside of work a hug & a smile from them. We as cashiers are not the problem. Speak to the front end manager. Ask why she has such a turn around with employees, ask why baggers & cashiers like myself have left. Why she can’t keep employees and employees consistently transferring out of her department or leaving. Like myself 99% of ex employees will say her. Those with seniority ask her why they are always closing even though being told soon as we hire new you will get a better weekend schedule. Ask the employee who only wanted 24 hours gets scheduled 30+ hours in a week like myself where I already work a full time day job. Ask how we are treated, ask the ACSMs how they like being treated by her. How many employees she talked down to so bad they cried. Ask why she complained if we talked to each other when customers were not around, we were not allowed. Talked to like we are all below her. Ask other management how many of us complain about her to the point we leave because we can’t stand it anymore and they have done nothing. Ask about how questions about forest fires, plastic recycling, and hurricanes on an app were more important to do than getting on a register to help customer when the store was slammed during rush.I am a grown woman, I deserve to be treated as such and not like I am a child. As cashiers many of us are sick of the disrespect, the narcissistic manager, but we try daily to make sure you are all taken care of. Had something been done about her, her attitude, her lack of scheduling properly, I never would have left. You would probably see much happier employees in the front as well. Please give those baggers & cashiers grace, we all try our best. Those cashiers, baggers, acsms and some managers are the greatest people. They deserve to be treated as such since Kroger is failing us to make sure we are treated with respect by their front end manager.

Worst store In the area. I have been on hold waiting to talk to the meat department for 28 minutes and had to call back in the middle of the call be cause they hung up on me as it was ringing. Will never use this one again. Will go the distance to other Kroger stores!

They really should stop selling seafood. I’ve purchased bad catfish before and learned my lesson. On 4/23 I sent my brother to get catfish, literally told him 2 other Kroger locations to go to. Although this location is the closest. But he decided to go here, the fish smelled rancid and had an awful white film on it. It was also unbelievably low, $12 and some change for 6 pieces. I honestly believe they are selling it cheap to get rid of it.

I think this place is in dire need of new management. The employees here are not helpful at all, especially the elderly lady who works on early Friday mornings in the self-checkout area. Her attitude is unpleasant and she seems to dislike everyone. It's evident that this behavior is allowed by management. Kroger should take the necessary steps to get rid of employees like her.

Fine if you don't want produce. This place always has the worst produce. Today I found garlic that was sprouting. Needed jalapeno, they only ones they had were so soft that I wouldn't have bought them if I wasn't using them today in a sauce.

Prices are terrible on most items and have been for a long time. They are definitely taking advantage of people and I’m sure will blame inflation. Eggs have gone from $2.69 to 3.99 for an 18 pack in just the last few weeks. That is one item of hundreds that Kroger screws people on a daily basis

I was followed at this Kroger and had to be walked out by a bagger and another Kroger shopper. Be careful and aware of your surroundings. Thank you Roy for walking me out to my car
