I’ve been calling to speak to someone about my prescriptions and AI is all I get , this is straight crazy! So my rating for pharmacy is 0, I will not use this pharmacy in the future

Absolute disgrace. I always come here to get my medications or anything I need. I have Crohn’s disease and was having an emergency to use the restroom. The pharmacist told me to ask the women in the front. I waited for her to come help me for 5 minutes as she was fixing the lottery machine. I asked her to please allow me to use the restroom and she told me no. I told her it’s an emergency as I have Crohn’s disease and continued to say no. (Said she was the only one here and there’s only one other person standing in the store with one item) you definitely need to train your employees to be actual human beings.

Pharmacy is very unprofessional staff they need to fire everyone and start new very rude and uncaring about the people that they are helping. Says there system are down and said I'm going on break never in my life had i recived the most awful service before.

THE best CVS. I have been to many other pharmacies when I had moved away from the area for a brief period of time and this pharmacy hands down is the best. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and informative. Love this pharmacy!

The store’s system went down but the folks in the pharmacy did everything they could to get a Covid test to me. They could have easily said no and closed the door, but they managed to get a test kit together with only a short wait. Thank you!!

I've been going to this pharmacy twice a week for the past 3 weeks to get my son a meningitis vaccine for school. I call and they tell me it would be 1 to 2 days before it comes in I show up and they tell me oh it's not. This has been going on for weeks now today my son was lit's done was late to school because they said that they'd have the vaccine today but yet again they do not and now my son has an absence in one his first hr because of it.

I love my CVS. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. My only complaint if I had to say one it sometimes they don't have what I would like to purchase. Not their fault.

Had a scrip transferred from there to Rite Aid. Completely incompetent people, rude, and took all day and 6 phone call and never got it right. I am pretty much convinced they were totally messing with me. The worst poor service I've ever dealt with and the people that work there are mostly people of very poor or little quality. Stay away from these pathetic people!!!
