Extremely overpriced. Refused to honor the posted and advertised 8 yr old pricing for a manicure and pedicure for my 8 yr old daughter. Prices here have soared ridiculously. Plenty of other options to take your business to.

Price gouging, went in for a mani/pedi $55 they charged me an extra $20 because I went from Gel to basic polish. They just want customers to gel polish because it’s quicker for them and more $$$ in their pockets. One of the girls told me if I get regular polish it would only last 2-3 days, no base or top coat was applied. I like to give my nails a break from gel polish, my nails tend to get brittle and peel from the gel. I had no nail tips just basic gel polish that was 2/3 off from peeling. They used a nail polish grinder/sander to take off the old polish, it took less than 3 minutes for my hands and toes polish to come off. I spoke with girl at the front desk, she was condescending and rude.

I have been coming here for almost 2yrs since I moved here from Florida and will never go anywhere else. I’ve had multiple nail techs there with great experiences but my favorites by far are Jessica and JR.

Love this place..they can always take me as a walking and like the jel they use to take shellac off quick and easy. Only place that has it. Everyone I have had has been great

Classy Nails is very clean and has a nice relaxing atmosphere. I just get a regular mani/pedi. They do a nice job!

I have been going here to classy bc its the closest to my home , i work 2 job n when i go in for a fill not once but twice the first.time at the new.baltimore location both times it was 65 for fill and gel polish the sec time she actually charged me 10 for a replacment nail n fill n gel color 85 bucks i will not come back bc these people are screwing people over i also had them shortened since its my full natural nail n i work hard with my hands everyday i very disapointent . This is extremly overcharging people im a single mom i dont get to pamper myself much but this is outright wrong of tye manager lady quotong me 85 that last time i paid it but thats way too much for what lil im asking for . I love sandy shes great but since everytime i have to be quoted for a fill n polish change and one replacent . Its just tooo damn pricy for me im sorry god.bless

Two bad experiences back to back. Came in for a manicure and pedicure less than 2 weeks ago. The shellac polish they were using was coming out chunky. I mentioned that I was okay with changing the color. Lady said it would be okay. Polish chipped right away. I came back today to get another manicure hoping that I could just change the the brand and it would be fine. The lady was extremely rude to me, when I asked her to stop grinding my nails so hard it was painful. So then the owner ended up taking over. And just try to rush them. 60$ they charged me in my nails looked terrible. I will enclose photos. I called up there and she said go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. The place is not clean mold growing around the back of the sinks. And they do not professionally clean their foot spas!! Beware!

Overall the experience was good! The girls who did my nails and feet were BEYOND AMAZING! I would say price wise it’s a little higher compared to going out to towards the city but I can say none of my work was rushed and she perfectly sculpted my nails and took her time! I didn’t mind the price because she ACTUALLY communicated with me, took her time, and even after closing took her time. I gave the 5 stars because they were very sterile and accommodated the design I wanted even though I was indecisive my tech was very patient. I mean people have to look at the options around we are in the suburbs, PRICES WILL BE HIGH! COMMUNICATION is the key! Quoting is always important when budgeting. Overall this place isn’t as bad.
