Rude/poorly trained pharmacy staff, I was interrupted multiple times while trying to speak and the service I received was poor. With the overpriced meds, this business should at least have some redeemable service of value to offer. Terrible pharmacy, would recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

The pharmacists have been good to work with and get questions answered but the people helping the pharmacists (techs) are pretty rude and think they know more than the doctor/pharmacists. Snyders seems to get a bad reputation for a few bad hires with their pharm techs. They should be instructed by the owners to treat the customers with respect as they're our main contact, not usually with the pharmacists.

Just plain terrible customer service. Doesn’t matter who is working, everyone is negative, like helping customers is an inconvenience. Posted open hours are incorrect. Went in to pick up a script but the pharmacy was closed early. The girl working was unapologetic and actually walked away when I tried to show her the Google listing hours. Will be transferring my scripts tomorrow and will never be back.

I like our Snyder Drug store and LOVE the pharmacy team there! They are so helpful and manage my requests with professional and friendly attitudes. We recently moved to the area and getting our prescriptions transferred was super easy. The store also carries my hard-to-find favorite gel eye drops; SCORE! There's a lot of parking available and the hours - for the store and the pharmacy - are super convenient. We really lucked out having this as our 'corner drug store.'

Their photo printing is less than ideal. Had 2/20 pictures turn out unusable because of a fault in either the printer or the software, didn't realize until I got home. On one half of the picture was grey and on the other the colors were way oversaturated, but it all looked good on the screen. I will probably just go to Walgreens for my printing from now on

Pharmacists and techs act like they absolutely hate their job. Dreadful attitudes. Its an inconvenience for them to help literally anyone who walks in. Terrible customer service!

My family uses Snyder's for all of our prescriptions and we have never had a problem. Prescriptions are always filled correctly and quickly. No complaints from me!

I don't understand how as a pharmacy there is no compassion or respect for their customers. They own they own the market due to location so guess they don't need to be nice. ! I have been using them for years for convenience but every time I go there I extremely disappointed on their customer service. Today we went in and my 19 yr daughter asked the a question to three pharmacy staff looking at her and not one responded. Them an older gentleman at the register looked over at us and said good luck they refused to help me too. This is so unfortunate especially in an service industry.
