I have been loyal to O'Reilly Auto now for 4 years because of the Military discount but more so because of the employees. It seems any location I patron is the same. If the employees are happy it must be a good organization. Will continue using my Negaunee location weekly at a minimum (:

I spend over 1000$/month on parts, this place has been giving me the wrong parts more than the correct ones.They also have ordered me the wrong brake calipers twice now, and then when I finally came down to the store and helped their worker order the correct ones, they sent them back a day before I got back to town… they assured me they would hold them for 7 days per their policy….Save yourself the hassle and use a different location.
