Apparently this postal service “doesn’t have a printer” for shipping labels. Also the lady working today was not helpful and not very nice. Will not be using this location again.

Brought in packages with prepaid labels, postal clerk said they only had 2 containers and there wasn't enough room to take my packages. I said smaller post offices take more packages, the clerk just said "yep try those".

Would leave no stars if it was an option. I am a small business owner and they turned me and my packages away because they 'didn't have space' but it was obviously a way to get out of doing their job. I had maybe 10 packages to ship and they turned me away. Horrible horrible service. Unbelievable.

This location does not deserve to be open, garbage service. Drive to Miller Rd PO, they are nice, considerate and helpful there. Also, since I'm here. No other location in Kalamazoo closes at 4:15 and closes the entire business for lunch from 11:30 to noon. Zero.

Just not helpful at all. I love the downtown Kalamazoo branch. Staff are always helpful and polite. The little things matter. I am always welcomed downtown. Not so much here ?? ?.

I found the USPS informationfor Gull Rd in Google Maps which included the directions, hours of operation. I also went directly to the website & it stated that They were closed for lunch from 11am til 1:30pm then close @ 4:15. I got there @ 3 &IT WAS CLOSED! I Am LOSING MY PATIENCE With All These Buisinesses (Government & Otherwise) Are Not Updating Their Information About Hours of Operation online, in print ads, Therapy we sites! The Labor Shortage is Parton The Problem but The Businesses should AT THE VERY LEAST UPDATE THE HOURS So People Are Informed Of The Change In Hours!

Not doing the courtesy of taping the shipping label I printed off onto my package is ridiculous. $4 for packing tape is ridiculous. I paid $14 for priority shipping, printed off with my own resources and you can’t tape the label on? I’m fine with using another shopping service while watching this poorly operated agency burn themselves to the ground.

Went here to Have two Tiffany lamps shipped. Notified clerk they were fragile. Lamps were thrown around during shipping, both shattered. Buyer notified me her name wasn’t even on the package was just her address on the label. I’m down 100$ in shipping plus broken lamps... Thanks usps.

This location has officially moved to Gull Road and is no longer in the Nazareth building. Lovely volunteers from Nazareth is a beautiful Christmas cancellation stamp Before Christmas it's so gorgeous every year they design a new cancellation stamp!

This was my first time using this location. I found the staff to be pleasant and smiling when I came in. I was waiting in line when someone noticed me and assisted me quickly. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my letter was proper before mailing. I was on my lunch break and I was in and out within 8 minutes. I felt my experience was worth a 5 star rating.

Went to the post office today because I had to mail some Christmas gifts, yes belated. I had to bring my 3 month old baby and he was making it painfully difficult for me to get the gifts in the boxes. The employee, Patty, was amazing! She saw I was struggling and entertained my baby so I could finish! Thank you Patty, for going above and beyond you duties. I can’t express how much I appreciated your assistance!
