Kent oil and propane for the most part does a good job, drivers are very friendly. The only issue that I have with them is they don't put their winter programming prices out til first to mid August. Most other companies have had them out for a month or two earlier

I love their pricing! The pre-buy option and the keep full options are both great. I'm only a yr old user but I like the service so far. They even come out and clean the tank! Never have run out or come even close.

Office was great. Whomever handles scheduling picking up tanks not in use is awful. This company is lucky I don't litigate them 2 propane tank fills pressure tests everytime. Was told pressure was good. But low and behold a different company came in the found a cross threaded pipe and I have it in writing. How can you lose all your propane when it's never in use? We have a wood boiler that we use full time. Then they have the audacity to send me a minimal usage bill knowing they're trash is out in front of our barn. Avoid them at all cost. Look at the 2.9 stars they've definitely earned them for a reason

Been with them for 4 years but now looking to change. I'm a limited income & my last filling was expensive so we have been conservative on what we use but I recieved a bill for $90 because I have not bought propane from them in the time frame they feel I should of. I do not recommend this place for your propane needs unless you like spending unnecessary money.

We had our small tank filled back in October. My husband gave his debit card number, the tank was filled everything was fine orso we thought. I came home Friday and no gas on February 24th. Called to see why and they said no payment. We have had no calls no letters nothing to indicate that the payment hadn't been made. Now it's a Friday night and we can't fix anything until Monday. The guy who is on call to make repairs can't do anything for us, it's not his fault. But I gotta tell you shutting off the customer on a Friday with no way to fix the problem, is wrong. We heat with wood thank goodness but what if we used the propane to heat with? We would have no heat for a cold weekend. Not great service!!! We will be using someone else next fill up.

We got our 500 gallon propane tank filled before the winter. We switched 100% to the woodboiler which takes care of all appliances and washer dryer hottub etc. The propane was only connected for our fireplace which only got turned on a few times. Our propane tank is 100% empty when we don't even use the tank. Common sense says there's a leak, which they charged for "leak checking" twice(we've refilled with them 2 times). Convinced there's leaks and it wasn't actually checked cause there is absolutely zero way we used 500 gallons of propane for a fireplace when we have our woodboiler going 24/7 for heat and ALL appliances. We started using the woodboiler and had it all professionally hooked up to where we can shut off the propane and turn on the wood boiler. We use the wood boiler year round

They will take equipment that was already at your home and say that it’s theirs then tell you there is nothing they will do to replace your parts do your self a favor and find a better propane dealer

After we canceled our service from Kent Propane and Oil in mid November we requested Kent's propane tank to be removed and they stated they would remove the tank the following week. Two weeks later we called them and they stated they were short staffed but would remove the tank the following week. The holidays came and went and the tank was not removed. Another call was made and they apologized and stated they are working on it, again with no result. It has been two months and several calls with the tank still in our yard. I have requested several times for someone to call me back with an update with no result. Very worst communication of a propane company I have ever had....
