“This is MY auto repair place to go. We've been using this place since July 2011 when we moved to the area and bought a car from a D lot that didn't even make it home. We purposefully drive older vehicles ( insurance is cheaper with teen drivers) all with over 100,000 miles and 3 with over 200,000 miles. We live on dirt roads with potholes so our vehicles get the wear from that and teenage drivers. I have always been treated great. They are honest about when they can get to a vehicle which is generally within a couple of days but often the day of. They are honest about what needs to be done now and what could wait if financially we needed to wait a little longer..( never steered us wrong yet.) The owner, manager Ryan, and repair technician have never spoken down to me. They explain what was wrong and ask if I have any questions. When giving a quote they look up the cost of item in a book or online and then add Labor... Which I love because I know they are not just trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I would just like to add in the the 8 years I've been using this auto repair service I've never spoken with a front desk person other than the owner or Ryan who are both males. I've never heard a swear word in the customer area. And my vehicles have never smelled like smoke. My gas is never lower than I would expect not the mileage. I will continue using the car repair place for all the issues that we are unequipped to handle ourselves.”

“My Toyota had a minor transmission leak that Fox Toyota spent 5 days and charged me $250 and couldn't find the leak. They said they'd have to drop the transmission to find it. After a year of drips I took the car to Howard's Transmission to check the fluid level and add fluid. I told him I didn't want to spend more money finding the leak but just wanted him to top off the fluid. He called me after looking at the car and said he'd found the leak and it was in a corroded transmission line. He replaced the line and filled the transmission and the bill was LESS THAN what Toyota charged me for fixing nothing!!!! Howard did a great job for me and I will take my vehicles there in the future. Thanks Howard!”
“I've had 2 cars worked on here. One was an older Mercedes with a very hard to find transmission and parts. They worked with me and replaced it once they found one. Top notch service, cool to deal with. I'd go there. They are busy so it may be a wait. Even though we couldn’t make the purchase (credit related issues on my end) they were still trying everything they can do to make the deal better and make it work.
