I love that you can find a Wesco pretty much in every town. I stop every morning for coffee and afresh baked doughnut on my way to work. Besides the deals and savings you get with your membership, I love that air is free!

Stopped in here for the first time! Bathrooms were disgusting! The male cashier told me the price of some items and;however, when I checked out they rang up much higher b/c he quoted “reward card”prices which I didn’t have. When I asked,”can you just sign me up for rewards?” He was like, I can but it won’t be good until your next visit. I don,t believe that! I left my stuff and walked out…

2/18/2025 1:30pm the manger on duty female, didn’t give a name nothing, all she gave was extremely poor customer service skills. You ask a simple question regarding a w2 and all you get is attitude, laughed at and hung up on. Completely unprofessional. Hope her supervisor looks into this.

My husband and I are disabled and virtually homebound, so we order deliveries frequently, from a variety of places. A couple of weeks ago, we tried the WESCO delivery service for the first time. We had a craving for some chocolate No-Bake Bites and WESCO popcorn, so we decided to give it a trry.
We ordered 6 of the No-Bake Bites, figuring it will be awhile before we order again, and an X-large popcorn. I just couldn't bring myself to paying a delivery fee, though, so we stocked up on snack foods to make up the difference. 🤣
Well, not only did the delivery turn out perfectly, the store manager took the time to call me so we could talk about a comment I made about slushes. I wrote that it's too bad you can't get them delivered. She called me to say you can! 😊 Just order a 'cold cup' in the size you want, then write what flavor you want in the comment section. I thought it was so nice of her, and I thanked her.
So, if you've been hesitant to order delivery, I highly recommend it!
P.S. My only issue is that the app is not very user-friendly. Sometimes you need to be creative with trying to find things. Sometimes you need to figure out what keyword(s) it will take to find what you are looking for. Other times, if what you want doesn't come up at all, you have to search through the section you might find that item in. Say you want a Snickers bar and it won't come up when you put it in the search bar. Put in, say, Butterfingers and when it takes you to Butterfingers, scroll through the candy bars until you see it. OR... you can choose the heading for the type of product it is that you want, such as, 'bakery' if you want cookies, then scroll through all of the items in that category (though, I warn you, that coukd take awhile, given the thousands of products WESCO sells).

I’m glad to see that Wesco spent however many hundreds of thousands of dollars to remodel a store and then have such an atrocious parking setup.

This rebuild is a joke right? Why would they put an elevated sidewalk right in front of the pumps, it makes no sense. You have to pull in to the pump, then back up out of the pump. SMH. The design is all wrong.

I’m glad that this Wesco is open, but there are NO place to park by the building and pulling up to get gas… you have to basically get on the sidewalk facing Apple st.that they rebuilt to get out, unless you can back up like the driver beside me just did.The sidewalk is toooo close to the pumps. But anyway I’m glad it’s back.

Went there earlier today and I was going to get a donut but after I opened the case I disturbed a bunch of fruit flies and I guess they don't want to change the donuts and they aren't doing anything about it, I told them that they can't serve the customers fly covered Donuts and they said they were trying to get rid of the Flies but they don't want to get rid of the donuts and just open the case to get rid of the Flies...

Yeah... This Wesco only has one toilet per restroom, you really need stalls in order to have a good enough restroom for a busy highway in Muskegon which is such a vacation spot. Not so bad for Winter months, but for Spring break, through the summer and onto the Autumnal Equinox, one restroom is NOT ENOUGH!! No Upside app, gas is usually expensive, and a big sign for a small store. Wesco is more of a convenience store than it is a gas station
