We arrived at the speaker and waited for a good 2 minutes for someone to come up and when someone came we had greeted them and their response was nothing she then lookes at us for a good 10 seconds then says hello just a very lousy attitude at that. This employees name was Emily and I just find it ridiculous that you work at a place where you see people all day and you just have an attitude like that.

Excellent Wesco It doesn't deserve all five stars because the lottery machine doesn't give change and the ATM only has $20's available and no $5's or $10s. No Upside here either, and gas here is usually pretty expensive. I am proud to say I love the restroom stalls, how more than one person can use the restroom here and how it is always being cleaned and the great variety of snacks and drinks you just cannot find in other places and is open 24 hours. Wesco is more of a convenience store than it is a gas station, and this one is very convenient

Nice facility. I generally like Wesco. For those of you not from the area, it reminds me of a Huck's or Casey's. Would recommend Wesco when in the West Michigan area.

Wesco is the best get Rewards to save money on gas and they always have good deals fresh food great employees the West go out on pontaluna and old Grand Haven Road the super Wesco ask for Lily she is the best assistant manager out there she will go out of her way for you and get you what you need you will not be disappointed she is friendly beautiful smart couldn't ask for anybody better they're lucky to have her I hope they realize that because if I own the store any company I would offer her a job ASAP

Beautiful brand new store with gas pumps that just don’t work 75% of the time and someone driving through the parking lot like it’s the autobahn 100% of the time.

Never again. 25 years as a local Wesco customer in northern Michigan, and after my experiences with this store and corporate offices, I will be taking my business to Marathon from now on.

So much for a new Wesco being better. The one down the street is better. The staff couldn’t care less. My husband and I drove up to Get gas and the only open pump showed that we had to go inside to pay. Not a big deal we’re more than happy to do that so we went inside grabbed a couple drinks and went to pay at the cash register. My husband put money on the tank and we got our drinks keep it in the car to put in the pin and everything looks fine and the lady said OK you’re all set. We go to the pump and I hop in the car and my husband leans over and says “did we put money on this?” I said “yeah I thought we did” and come to find out there is nothing preloaded on the pump so he went back in and the lady said basically that oh no your card wasn’t charged because it didn’t go through. So we had to repay and we are hoping we didn’t get charged twice this time. This was the last straw for this Wesco. We have given them multiple chances but this one is just terrible!

My husband went in today at 3:10 pm and the cashier lady chewed him out and was slamming our bottles of pop around. Im sure the rest of the staff is friendly, but this woman was very rude. She was wearing a teal shirt.

This Wesco location has friendly staff. ?? I enjoy coming in to grab my coffee and snacks here. They go up and beyond to assist you. Plus, they are always stocked up with products and yummy donuts...???
